I signed up for Freelancer Port with the hopes of generating extra income, as told by all the testimonials on their site. When I tried the basic subscription all the seats were “full”. Then I signed up for the R199 subscription, they told me it would take 24 hours to activate the subscription, after 3 days I contacted them and now there is an issue with the subscription so they cant activate it. I dont see the point in this website and opportunity of they arent able to help people who are looking for income alternatives. I was hoping Freelance Port would give me the opportunity to earn an income while being able to stay at home with my newborn baby.

We went to the offices to get help regarding an IRP5 that SARS NEEDS US TO SUBMIT. We have been struggling for 2 months for someone to answer us. Yesterday when we went to their offices they told us at 10:30 that we arent allowed in the queue anymore. Who closes the queue at 10:30?? How many pensioners cant afford to travel up and down to access these offices. If teachers had to behave this way we would be reprimanded and fired yet the people who work with their retirement money can do just what they want.. the system us failing the employees!

My profile was wrongfully given to the RcS group vir JeT. My payments werent allocated and thus my credit profile has taken a knock. It took me 3 months of fighting for them to allocate my payments correctly, only to find out that i was now listed as a bad payer. Jet referred me to the RCs group, but 2 months later with this new struggle and no one has helped me in any way. You guys are quick to wrongfully list people but not quick to fix ur mess that you made!! I cannot wait to get rid of this stupid account so that i can be done with this nightmare! You guys should be ashamed of the horriboe job you are doing. No sense of work pride what so ever
My account was forwarded to their collections dept because someone by their financial dept didnt allocate my payments, after 3 months of hell I finally got then to sort it out only to find out this month that they blacklisted me for their mistake!
They are an incosiderate bunch of idiots who laigh at sick people who jist want peace and quite at the dr office. This company should be ashamed of their behaviour!!
I tried contacting telkom for 2 weeks trying o change my bankong details but all the platforms arw useless and the consultants "cant help" if the bank account is less than 3 months old
Shaw academy is a scam. I signed up for the 4 week trial with the idea that I could cancel before I needed to pay my subscription just to see how they were and if I had the time. My device broke after a week, and so I cancelled my subscription, and got confirmation that is was cancelled. Yet today I received a message to say money has been deducted from my account, I contacted Shaw to try and sort this out, but all they do is extend my subscription period even after I told them I dont have a device to work on. There is no number to contact so you cant even voice your complaint to these people. I really hope no one falls victim to this scam again.
