DOTSURE CLAIM. Since our claim in November 2023 The left front trye is flat, since the vehicle hasn’t been driven since the initial claim. Each & every time we called Dotsure they have requested more pictures. Yet pictures were sent a number of times. Why didn’t Dotsure ask for ALL the Pictures initially. Thus I think Dotsure is trying not to pay. And we have still been paying the insurance premiums. Is Dotsure willing to pay for our numerous calls and emails to them?? Is Dotsure willing to lend us a vehicle free of charge till the claim is paid. I am very unhappy with DOTSURE! Now we have really tried our best with DOTSURE. I won’t rest until it is paid, as we have no vehicle to use since the damages to the vehicle. Each & every time we called Dotsure they have requested more pictures. An assessor came and assessed the vehicle after logging the claim, and Dotsure hasn't yet received any assessor report from the assessor, thus continually asking us for pictures which we have sent numerous times. Each time that Dotsure calls or we call them, they request more pictures and Sisanda Smile states that the license disc picture is blurry and unclear, yet we can view it perfectly.
A debit order from COMIT TECHNOLOGIES are debiting my account for the past 4 years for a OneBox email account that I know nothing about. I got the details from my bank. I called and spoke to Brevin from COMIT TECHNOLOGIES ( ********** 793) will STOP the DO for R32 for ISPB EM- ********** -4 which is a One Box Email that was sold to me by Elite Mobile when they sold me a Cell Phone Contract. I called Brevin on 08/05/17. He said that it wont go through on 15 May 17 I called Brevin on 08/08/17 - to say debit orders still went through on 15 May 17, 15 June and 20 July 2017, they must credit me for 2 months and CANCEL it completely. He said they will do it. I called Sbo on 06/10/17 - to say it stil went through on 18 Aug & 15 Sep17. He said they were off line & to call back the next day. I called back 10/10/17 asked to speak to manager Kershan Pillay.. They asked me to hold. I held on for 15 mins and the phone went blank.
