UNWANTED ONEBOX Debit Order
I am a disabled pensioner and I can no longer work. I noticed a debit order for R95 going off every month. This has been going on for years and I know I did not subscribe to this. I can't get hold of them, the phone number is not in use and email gets sent back, I am furious

UNWANTED ONEBOX Debit Order

ONEBOX UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER FRAUD
I noticed on my Bank account of a Debit order going through now for some time. Contacted them this morning as I never joined at all. This is for an amount of R72-00. I am a pensioner and will never join something like this. This is daylight robbery. I haven't even got my own email address. Where do they get information from to just do a Debit order? Very strange

ONEBOX UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER FRAUD
I noticed on my Bank account of a Debit order going through now for some time. Contacted them this morning as I never joined at all. This is for an amount of R72-00. I am a pensioner and will never join something like this. This is daylight robbery. I haven't even got my own email address. Where do they get information from to just do a Debit order? Very strange

UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER
A debit order from COMIT TECHNOLOGIES are debiting my account for the past 4 years for a OneBox email account that I know nothing about. I got the details from my bank. I called and spoke to Brevin from COMIT TECHNOLOGIES ( ********** 793) will STOP the DO for R32 for ISPB EM- ********** -4 which is a One Box Email that was sold to me by Elite Mobile when they sold me a Cell Phone Contract. I called Brevin on 08/05/17. He said that it wont go through on 15 May 17 I called Brevin on 08/08/17 - to say debit orders still went through on 15 May 17, 15 June and 20 July 2017, they must credit me for 2 months and CANCEL it completely. He said they will do it. I called Sbo on 06/10/17 - to say it stil went through on 18 Aug & 15 Sep17. He said they were off line & to call back the next day. I called back 10/10/17 asked to speak to manager Kershan Pillay.. They asked me to hold. I held on for 15 mins and the phone went blank.

FRAUD

ONEBOX, WHO ARE THEY?
I have had a debit order for many months/maybe even years to the amount of R45. I've queried this with them via email with no response or acknowledgment. I've now seen another debit order for the amount of R201 deducted this Month, May. Please advise who else is having this problem and how I can stop this. This is theft. I have not authorized these debit orders. Thank you.

ONEBOX, WHO ARE THEY?

I've now seen another debit order for the amount of R201 deducted this Month, May. Please advise who else is having this problem and how I can stop this. This is theft. I have not authorized these debit orders. Thank you.

ONEBOX debit order fraud
This company takes money from bank accounts by unauthorized debit orders. My account show ONEBOX EM-3004816 as reference. Fraud department at the bank says they are investigating the matter because hundreds/thousands of account has these unauthorized debit order on them and they have no idea of how it happens.

I see other with the same complaint as myself: Onebox also taking between R39 and R45 from my account. I cancelled (which I never subscribed to in the first place) this service but the debit order went off 1 November yet again. They also refuse to give any proof where I initially subscribed to this service.
