JustAnswer is a subscription service based in California. I did not subscribe to this service but have been charged R915. I cannot lodge a complaint or get any answers (ironic when the name suggests I would get answers). My bank (Capitec) cannot get this money back. The only way I can contact them is by signing in, but I can't because I NEVER had an account. If I sign up, they will probably charge me again
My sister and I have cell C phones, but she is paying a mystery fee of R156.82. to vodacom I'm having trouble contacting anyone to resolve the issue. Why is everything so difficult to do?
Why is everything so difficult? I am a disabled pensioner, and my life is difficult enough without trying to deal with banks, Cell phone companies and retail stores. I made 2 trips to ABSA, in person, with Power of Attorney, to get access to my sister's account. She suffers from PPS (Post-Polio Syndrome), which affects her mobility and hearing. I have tried to access her account and no luck. In the meantime, bank fees are mounting up. I have tried and I've just had enough
I am used to Pick and Pay not having stock when there are specials, but according to their online page, they are out of stock of everything essential for cooking @ Xmas. It's Monday, 22nd. If I order online, will they have stock or am I wasting my time?
I am so tired of complaining about specials at Food *****s. False advertising. I specifically wanted the 7kg potato and 3 kg carrots, onion and butternut. Instead, I got the butternut replaced by an enormous cabbage. I have a carer who does my shopping, and I am a retired disabled person. I wanted the butternut because I make soup with it to freeze - what do I do with a cabbage twice the size of my head? I am house-bound, dependent on outside help. Please sell what you have advertised
I am a disabled pensioner who plans in minute detail. I order according to when I have assistance. I organised a delivery for 10 am - 10:30 am. I waited and then 2 hours later got a phone call from Cape Town (I live in Port Elizabeth) to say they had to cancel my order due to 'technical' difficulties. I am now without groceries, and there are no available ones anywhere on the website. You, PICK N PAY have lost a long-time customer
I am a disabled pensioner and I can no longer work. I noticed a debit order for R95 going off every month. This has been going on for years and I know I did not subscribe to this. I can't get hold of them, the phone number is not in use and email gets sent back, I am furious
BackaBuddy is a great organisation—efficient, friendly, secure, and helpful. They helped us get through six months of financial uncer*****y, and thanks to them, we stayed above water while waiting for my pension to come through. My sister has Post-Polio Syndrome and needs medication and therapy. It also got me back in touch with old friends, and I would recommend Back a Buddy to anyone needing support.
I have been charged R699 for a VPN renewal I did not request. As a result, debit orders are returning due to insufficient funds, I am part of a family subscription and a pensioner, so this is unacceptable. There is also no way to contact Avast. I have been trying to fix this for weeks
I have a contract with Cell C and need to call the UK pension office urgently. I'm getting mixed advice. I have been told to buy airtime. How much is it? I don't know how long the call will take, so I don't know how much airtime to buy. Can I get some clear advice? I have phoned 135 three times and I am not getting good service.
