TV advertise a Bacon and Cheese Burger with 2 x pieces of bacon, very nice ad. But I bought 2 x Bacon and Cheeseburger and only 1 x pc of Bacon which is so small you can't even see the Bacon at Steers in Norkem Park, Kempton Park. Does all Steers do the same? The advert shows long pieces, the piece on our Burgers were maybe half of their one length. What a disappointment.

My mom was taken end October 2024 to Dr Fuller. The retirement village Alan Woodrow had contact with the doctor and on the 28th of November 3024, a month later the matron send my brother an email saying that the Dr willsend a full report to them. On the 5th of if December 2024 he received another email from the matron at Alan Woodrow who has send a summary of the report. Mentioning the Dr will send a full report 1st week of January 2025. To date no report received. Try to contact Dr Fuller direct, no response at all. Why do you pay a Dr for and get no response or feedback whatsoever? What is the point in taking a person and you get NOTHING? Pathetic
It is now 5 week since I have contacted Ekurhuleni about a tree on the pavement that is covering the whole lamppost and has little tree trumps that is falling down. Also dangerous for people to climb over in your yard. Every time a different person answer the telephone and after I have to wait, the only feedback I get is "it has been escalated".
Very disappointed in DSTV. Since Monday, 30 October 2023 we are battling to get someone to support other than on the landline 011 289 2222. We did everything on Monday they have asked, spoke to a KD. Once checked everything, she said a DSTV person will phone us. As our DSTV still did not work as it should. On Tuesday, 31 October 2023, I phoned again and spoke to a Silako for 20 minutes and guess what the line went down, mentioned the same story over and over, nobody phoned back as they have the contact details as I gave it to him. Every time you phone and get a different person and explain the same story. Phoned back after no call was returned and spoke to a Tembisa and told her she must look at there system as this is supposed to be logged. No point telling her the same whole story. She checked and said she will make a note. I told her I received a call Monday, 30 October 2023 at 9:45am, nobody answers, so I tried to call back(011 289 2000). The phone is not ringing, message as follows: "The number you have dialled is incorrect". On Tuesday Night(31 October 2023) at 20:21 myself and my husband got a call from the 011 289 2000 number. You pick up and greet, but nobody on the other side of the line answers. The issue is that on KYKNET we watch 'CATCH UP' There were 2 x Episodes(Doubled for each episode) for the whole week. If you press, "WATCH NOW" it jumps back to the top of CATCH UP screen. DSTV also contacted my husband to upgrade, he was not interested, so since then when the Worldcup rugby started he could not watch on the DUAL side of the Decoder. He told them we got the new decoder in August 2923.
I have won 2 x Vodacom vouchers for Burger King in Dec 22 which expired as follows:- 1 x R50 off if you spend R200 or more, voucher expired 5.01.23 1 x R25 off, voucher expired 10.01.23 I went on Friday, 30th December 2022 to make use of these vouchers. Placing my order which came to R210, the guy said the voucher of R50 did not want to go through, an error message came up. He made use of the R25 one, which worked, but i mentioned the R50 will not go through now because the Total is less than R200. He called the Manager, which I explained and they helped the other customers while we were discussing the issue. When I reduced my order from the R210, because I only took these extra big burgers as we are 2 x pensioner for the value of the 2 x vouchers above R200. My R25 voucher was now also invalid which the Manager was fully aware that it was in the previous order. He refused to take of the R25. I insisted on only paying only R116-90 and he wanted the value of R141-90. What is the point of having these vouchers and they show it as invalid. I will NEVER EVER purchase Burgers from Burger King again as this is the 2nd time this is happening and I also told relatives and friends and I believe they are also very unhappy about the service. at BURGER KING in Birchleigh North.
I noticed on my Bank account of a Debit order going through now for some time. Contacted them this morning as I never joined at all. This is for an amount of R72-00. I am a pensioner and will never join something like this. This is daylight robbery. I haven't even got my own email address. Where do they get information from to just do a Debit order? Very strange
I Vodacom consultant contacted me the end of October 2022, selling a new mobile at R249-99. I asked the guy to give me a day to think about it and he contacted me the following day. I mentioned to him that I will take the new Cellphone, BUT I do not want ANY additional charges, as I am a pensioner and doesn't want extra costs added to the R249-00. I do not get a monthly Pension, my husband is paying the funds into my bank account for the Debit Order. He promised me it will onluy be R249-00 I have sent an email last week on the 14th of October 2022 at 9:36am as the Bill shows now R279-00 after I have mentioned NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. I also mentioned to the consultant otherwise I will leave the phone. I received a return email from Vodacom stating "Remember - This is an auto response so please don't reply. A consultant will " at 9:42 am on the 14th November 2022. It is now 21/11/2022 at 14:12pm and to date nobody contacted whatsoever or emailed me. They have sold a Mobile so what do they care?
We have been with The Holiday Club for some time. I contacted them in April 2022 and asked if there is not a way to that we can sell or get rid of the points as we are only off their books in 2034. We are pensioners and it gets more expensive every year on the Levies. The lady at The Holdiay Club gave me a number which handle the selling of the points, which you get nothing for. To date nothing has been done and I phoned in October 2022 again, she explained that apparently, they do not have people that want to purchase, which is a lot of nonsense. I know of people that took this to lawyers, I just need the right lawyers to handle this for me. I also heard that apparently there is a way to get out of this. If there is someone that can give me some indication to take this further or cancel this, it will be much appreciated.
