My mom was taken end October 2024 to Dr Fuller. The retirement village Alan Woodrow had contact with the doctor and on the 28th of November 3024, a month later the matron send my brother an email saying that the Dr willsend a full report to them. On the 5th of if December 2024 he received another email from the matron at Alan Woodrow who has send a summary of the report. Mentioning the Dr will send a full report 1st week of January 2025. To date no report received. Try to contact Dr Fuller direct, no response at all. Why do you pay a Dr for and get no response or feedback whatsoever? What is the point in taking a person and you get NOTHING? Pathetic

Saw Dr fuller for a two hour consultation. He wasn’t a good match for me. Not sure who he’d even be a good match for. He was more interested in doing his British impersonations, interrupting me, and debating me on trivial things than actually listening to me. He was meant to send a prescription to my pharmacy that same day. He refused to answer my calls/texts and ghosted me. He is not professional. Decided to cut my losses and move on.

I attended an appointment with my close friend on the 28th April to assist him in his consultation with Dr Fuller. Dr Fuller promised to send a prescription for the necessary medication that same evening. He also stated he would be referring my friend to a Cognitive Behavioural The******, as well as an Occupational The******. To date, 3 weeks later and despite paying a HEFTY R3695 out of his own small pensioners' salary, he has not received a prescription nor any referrals from Dr Fuller. My friend has called repeatedly, and Dr Fuller's secretary Jane informed him that she has asked Dr Fuller to call back ,attend to the matter, and even put my friend's file on Dr Fuller's desk, but to no avail. All have been flat ignored. My friend was lectured intensely by Dr Fuller for not being a Christian and he further joked that he cannot treat non believers. We both found this unbelievably patronising, nonimpartial, and highly unprofessional. Perhaps Dr Fuller was not joking after all and that is why he has refused to help my friend despite being paid his large consultation fee for his services!

My mother was admitted to AKESO Alberton for anxiety & depression in early sept 2020 and spent 17 days. I had to call hospital on day 3 as no doctors had seen my mother. AKESO & Dr Fuller was like a DIY hospital. Dr fuller only saw her once in the ward the other 2 times my mother had to request to see him when he was at the hospital, as they were getting her medication wrong. On checkout Dr Fuller mentioned that they would setup a followup appointment in 2 weeks. As at todays date we have not received any appointment date. I have also been in contact with his admin lady Hazel, to request, but no luck. We also require a motivational letter for discovery medical for the chronic medicine. we must have requested at least 6 times but no reply form them. In the family zoom consultation Dr Fuller asked my sister is she is a **** student. This was insensitive and inappropriate. My mothers late husband was a holocaust victim as a child. When my mother called Dr Fuller at home re her medication he got angry with her and told her that he will put her in a nursing home. She is now frantic and in anxiety re this, so much so that she does not even want to go to her own GP, as she fees that he might call Dr Fuller and that she lands up in a nursing home.
