i have emailed ADT 3 times re an invoice query and my maintenance policy. i have had no reply. i just called in and asked to speak to a customer services manager. had to explain everything and then was transferred and have been sitting on phone 10 minutes. i then i put down call and called in again and its the same just waiting and listening to your music, call dropped after few minutes, so i am calling in again. really annoying and bad service.
I reported my alarm as not working in beginning of DEC 2025. I had to wait a week for the next available date which was 11 DEC 2025 for the technician to come to my home. The ADT Technician came out and unplugged and re-plug the alarm battery and the alarm was activated again, however my 2 remotes not working as he said the transformer had gone. He was unable to fix that as he did not have the spares with him. He said he will get Shane to give me a quote. a week passed and I did not receive any quote. I called in on Friday at 4.30pm and ADT said that they closed for the day. i asked that they make note . I called in again the next day Saturday, however they were unable to connect to Shane as not available. A week later I received a call from ADT re a quote for 3 outside sensor beams, which was not for me. I did mention to the ADT person, that its for remotes and transformer and that I had not received any quote for that. She said she will make note of that. As at todays date I have not received any quote for my alarm repair. This is bad customer services. Please can ADT sort this ASAP, as it is now compromising my security protection at home.
I am a seller on Bobshop. When they changed the courier system majority of my parcels are now with internet Express. Initially I was somewhat concerned changing to another courier company. My experience so far, with them, has been very positive and I am very happy with their services. Today I ordered waybill sleeves by email and their response was quick and I am receiving them tomorrow.
I booked a parcel Sunday evening. No collection Monday or Tuesday. I just contacted ram via their chat msg, they said 'Unfortunately the courier could not collect due to having excessive collections and deliveries yesterday' and what about Monday ? was he too busy to collect my parcel as well. I waited at home Monday and Tuesday, this is very unfair . my client is also enquiring why it has not been shipped, this is also unfair on them. seems I be waiting at home all day again for ram. poor service from your company. I do not get this service from other courier companies. they usually collect same day or next.
I had battery replaced on both my alarms systems. The price of the battery varied on both invoices. When they replaced the 2nd battery at my other premises, I noticed and enquired that it was higher. The installer said that was the price he had and that I could query through customer care. On 3 Apr 2024 I called and queried. the consultant mentioned that she would get back to me. On 12 Apr 2024, I called again and they put me through to the same consultant. She mentioned that she was awaiting info from Thulani (he quoted at my first premises and arranged battery be replaced at the second premises). To date the consultant has not communicated on this matter.
I did my first purchase at dis-chem online on black friday. purchased a philips electric mens shaver. it arrived yesterday the seal on the box has been opened. i do not want to purchase electronic items where the factory seal has been opened. i just called dis-chem # provided on the email order, then had to call the dis-chem online number, waited 8 mins. was told by your consultant that i must take back to a branch, which i refused, as its an online purchase. she said the branch that sent (oakdene) will call me. i then asked that the item must be replaced for a seal boxed, she said she does not know if they will exchange.
i was on my discovery app, got msg to arrange new card, to avoid delays, which i clicked. the next day i got sms from dsv road logistics. when i checked my credit card it only expires 08/24 (10 mths time). i cannot understand the logic why i must renew the card so early. The time arranged for delivery was 12-2pm on monday 9th oct. on 9th oct i got a call early morning, ringing like 4 times, by time i got to answer, call was ended. i also checked outside to see if they were at my gate, which they were not. I then tried to call the dsv road logistics back several times in the day and was unable to get through. This morning early i got a call from dsv road logistics re time to arrange delivery. i asked what about the 9th oct delivery that was arranged. I rearranged my whole day on the 9th oct and spent the whole day yesterday waiting for dsv road logistics to deliver. This is just an inconvenience and a waste of my time. Your dsv road logistics is useless and irritating your customers. the consultant tried to make appointment for fri 13th, however i am not available. i said to him this is an inconvenience and that i would take up the matter with discovery bank.
i enquired re a commercial space for rent in kramerville. i was told to email michelle de jongh, which i did on the 7th june 2023. still no reply to date. perhaps that is why majority of the premises is sitting with vacant shops. waste of time
i am adt client for many years. i received an email re securegate. i clicked the button for somebody to contact me regarding this product, as i am interested in acquiring. so far no response (USELESS WASTE OF MY TIME). after that waste of time i called in and they were unable to answer questions, re securegate, nobody else was available in that department and they said somebody will call back. so far nobody has called back. (USELESS WASTE OF MY TIME AGAIN). Is ADT really concerned re my security ? Will ADT take responsibility if i am harmed in anyway, whilst not having access to this product, after requesting. Is ADT interested in selling me this product ? Has ADT service gone down since it became ADT Fidelity, ?
i have an account at woolworths. annoying that woolworths keep trying to sell me stuff. i keep telling them to make a note to stop calling and i block the numbers. however woolworths continues calling me to sell me products. THIS IS NOW BECOMING HARASSMENT. PLEASE STOP.
