Turner Morris - POOR QUALITY EQUIPMENT and WORSE SERVICE
Worst quality equipment and even worse service. Bought a reversible plate compactor. After a month the clutch broke. I had to buy a new clutch from them, which was wrong, and then they could not provide a replacement clutch for their own equipment. Repairs were for my own expense - absolutely ******* quality equipment and pathetic service! They are one of those companies who think they are too big to fail.

Tyrox Repo and Recovery - From Bad to Worse
I wrote a review on Tyrox Repo and Recovery on 11 October 2017. For weeks I could not get hold of them nor did they respond to my messages or emails. After my post on Hello Peter, I received a call from them on 13 October 2017 - I could not take the call at the time, BUT received a threatening text message minutes later. The message was in Afrikaans, so I will translate. I will also attach the text message - "I tried to phone you to discuss the Hello Peter situation, but you did not answer. As far as I am concerned, I will ask Mava (the debtor) to stop all payments until you have rectified the situation on the Hello Peter website. It is not right what you are doing." Their response was not to remediate their poor service, but to threaten me. It is astounding that they could act in this manner. This type of behavior is just unacceptable. I trust that this post will provide insight to how Tyrox Repo and Recovery treats their clients.

Tyrox Repo and Recovery -
Tyrox Repo and Recovery contacted me more than a year ago enquiring whether they could assist with collecting a debt from a client who owed me a substantial amount of money. After nagging me for my business, I, against my better judgment, agreed that they could collect the debt. There was continuous communication up to the point that I paid them part of their fee. After that I had to follow up regarding the progress of the debt collection, even though their contract stipulated that they would provide monthly feedback. More than a year later, I have only received a portion of the outstanding debt. THE WORST HOWEVER, is that they have now disappeared. They are not taking calls (landline or cellphone), neither do they reply to voice messages. They also do not reply to emails. They have already received a large amount of their fee, but I am a far cry away of the amount owed to me. This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience as they did certainly not deliver on their promises.
