WORST EVER • Assignment not being marked • Refund not being done • NO online support February 2025 I enrolled my son for the following course and paid the deposit as required DAMELIN Online Further Education and Training Certificate in Information Technology - Technical Support ONLINE COURSE - R23200 (FEB PROMO: R20880) Since day one it was a struggle. Several emails, complains, request and even request to cancel was send. After a lot of begging and follow ups my son could eventually start with his assignments in May or June 2025 for a course that was supposed to start March 2025 No service or student help at all. My son is pushing to finish within the 12months period however Damelin is giving NO ASSISTANCE Your Online Academic Tutor email: Neetu.Lakha@uni4online.co.za Never heard from this person even when we requested a callback. It is almost a year after this course has started? Your Student Success Coordinator email: Jean-Pierre.Albanie@uni4online.co.za – He phoned us a few times last year but only after I send numerous emails and every time it was a issue to get him to call We are dedicated to provide our students with individual-mediated support throughout their learning journey. – This is false. My son has submitted a HIS assignments WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE. Up to date NONE of his assignment have been marked nor any feedback received. I followed up and requested assistance/guidance/answers ALL WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS I called/emailed/left messages NO RESPONSE The only calls Damelin made EVERY month was to remind me to pay. And that after I paid them every month. I even settled the account in full November 2025. After I settled in full, they debited me. NOW I STRUGGLE TO GET THE R1500 REFUND.

My daughter uses cell c because of the supposedly good whatsup deal of R12 for n whatsup bundle for a month. On 2 Oct 2017 my husbund gifted her with a R12 whatsup bundle and believe it or not her whatsup bundle is not active anymore as she reached her limit ??? 8 days realy ??? When i called cell c service centre asking for help regarding this the lady told me it is because of all the pictures and videos she is watching. The more i tell her my daughter phone gives problems downloading videos and pictures therefore she does not watched videos and very little pictures where i myself which uses the same R12 bundle watched videos and allot of pictures daily and still have a active bundle the more she says " I DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH PICTURES AND VIDEOS SHE IS DOWNLOADING WHAT PART OF SHE CANNOT DOWNLOAD THEM DUE TO A PHONE PROBLEM DOES SHE NOT UNDERSTAND ?????????????? Also i informed her that my daughter only used whats up after 14:00 normally as she is in school Where after can you believe it she wanted to transfer me to someone whom can assist me with the downloading problem???????? That after i said its not the downloading that bother me it is the fact that something we bought that should have been for a month lasted only 8 days ?????????? Can some one please explain
