Disgusting!

I traded my vehicle in and the agent Norman agreed that the faulty battery would be replaced and outstanding service done. When i received my vehicle on 24 September i discovered that nothing was done and the owner refused to honor the agreement. To date 11 October my trade in is still not paid off as promised and i get false promises causing me to now have a bad credit record. Not only do these employees have no integrity but there is no customer service either.
