Good Day I need help please, I have made arrangements to pay my account that is behind on the last day of every month. The amount agreed to be paid is R360. The problem is I need the letter that states that i have agreed to pay my account every month, I need to rent a house and they need that letter before approving my application! I contacted ********** 447 and spoke to Thandiswa whom i made the arrangement with, she advised me that there is no way Edgars can provide me with a letter of arrangement. I then contacted the Edcon customer experience team on 0800 203 925 and spoke to Nokwasi whom advised me that she cant help and referred me to ********** 011 - i then spoke to 2 agents whom both dropped the phone in my ear after i have answered the phone - I need a response please as i want to pay my account and need this proof to actually rent a house! Good Day In January 2017 UMFA required R2000 deposit to switch on our water and lights (as we were new tentants), within a few our I made a payment into their account without any hesitations. We have recently moved over to a prepaid system and UMFA owes us the R2000 deposit, we were assured that as soon as our last bill with UMFA was settled we would have the deposit in our account. THATS NOT THE CASE!!!!!! From the 21st of September up to date, i have had NO feedback what so ever, not a phone call , sms or anything. I had to follow up with UMFA and was told to send proof of banking details in order for them to make the deposit, i sent them proof of banking details the next day, i also mentioned that they must let me know once payment has been made. Its been 3 days and i have had NO response from ANYONE! they ignore my mails and dont answer my phone calls. This is so so so ridiculous as i need to top up my prepaid meter and cannot do so as UMFA has up to date still not paid me the money THEY owe me!!!! I have escalated this matter to their management team that's just as ridiculous as they also don't respond? POOR POOR POOR SERVICE! 0/10
