Been on the phone for more than a hour getting trancferd from one department to the other with no compitant person willing to help or assist us just passing us along the department and then hang up the phone i dont know why i have to pay for a medical aid that cant even take a call how do thwy cover then
i have send in my claim for my superfund a few times now and stil i have recived nothing i understand the impact of the covid 19 situation but i send emails with all my details twice and my previous employer also submitted a claim and went into the branch to hand it in and i wait 2 weeks or so to give it some time and when i phone the department to ask if they have received it they find nothing on the claims is this how old mutual treats there people with claims i would never refer you to anyone you are quick to make promises on your adds and over the phone but you cant delver or are you also one of those company making false promises on ads to get money but when its time to deliver you are full of excuses and dont delver never have i seen some doing stuff so bad and poorly highly disappointing and ill never refer you to anyone infact i will worn people against you and tell them its better to find someone thas more professional and can deliver to there clients never had i have to go trough so much trouble to get my own money from someone
waiting two days for someone to come in contacts with me for my finance sendes evrything requested from you guys 2 days still no contact phoned in to the consultant that helped me byron was his name told him i am waiting for the debitors to contact me because i found a car i am interested in he phoned told me she is avalible she will call me with in 10 minuts till now the lady has not called me or replyd to my emails.... ABSA is this is how you treat all your clients or what becaus its really ****ty service from you please pick up your standards or something please or should i phone again myself and get let down again
i asked to reverse one of my loan repayments and said it will be payd by the 5th when i received my sallery they took the debit order prior to the sighend contract agreement that we have then they just say its salary is paid in, 2 of there call agents hung up on me and 1 told me i must just leave a complaint because she is not going to transfer me to her manager when i asked more then 6 times maybe so would advice every one to check all there debit orders with capitec because they do not know what a contract is, and also check your loan contracts as well because when you make a loan and take it and you have another loan they make you pay up the previous loan but then they give you less money cause they paid up your previous loan then you still have to pay the previous loan the just lessen the deduction so that you will not resive an sms telling you about the debit order went off
so i called miway lastweek wednessday to cancel a policy due to the fact i found cheaper insurance they told me to wait 72 hours i waited no one called so i called them to cancel and when you call you keep getting placed on hold because there senior advisor dont know whats going on, on the system and ceeps telling me i cant cancel and if i say i can he ceeps telling me i ow them money once that cleard he said am i shure i want to cancel i said yes then he hung up after that i receved a mail saying thank you for not leaving then i phoned again to clear it up i want to cancel they told me i should wait 72 hours there is no consoltants open so i please expect for them to coll me on the 1st of august 2018 to confurm my cancelation becaus i did give 30 day notice in the 25 of july 2018 but they are not willing to comply with there own policys and rules thats why they keep loosing policy because of the sly and unfaire way they handle busyness
boaught a ticket as shopright for city to city busses then my ticket says i must bet at the bus stasion at 12:10 then the bus came ariveded a few minuts late not a probleme but then only to find thay said no the i need to get on left at 10:00 i must take the later bus that goes to another arivel destenasion then i asked so how must i get home then because its far away and this is your mistake not mine thay said they dont care its my problem so i got on the buss and it stinks so bad of pee bad higene and bad costemer service will never refere them to eny of my friends of eny one els and i will take this further with my attorneys because i had to pay extra fees fot the next bus and there rasial remarks made towards me
