After hours emergency?? No problem!!

Dear Hello Peter, When a colleague and I arrived at Tyres 2000, 62 Lower Germiston Rd, Heriotdale after normal business hours, all was locked up and staff members were already getting into their vehicles to leave work. Both Dave, Walton and Martin emphasized with our predicament and immediately agreed to assist. The required tools were fetched, then the puncture was fixed, the tyre tested and then re-fitted to the vehicle – all with the greatest of attitude and smiles. To top it all off, to demonstrate their integrity, none wanted to accept a cash payment, since all administration staff members have left already. In other words, they preferred to carry the responsibility for fixing and fitting a tyre free-of-charge, rather than to allow for cash to change hands and potentially open the door for fraud or dishonesty. Dave, Walton and Martin – you could have chosen to just say “NO”. Instead you all assisted and won two new customers for life. Thank you for your time and kind assistance, the extra mile you walked, and the selfless manner in which you handled the situation. Well done to Tyres 2000, Heriotdale!! Regards, Brighton
