Worst Tire change ever
Tyre n tube Greyling street, PMB, the worst service ever, Firstly to make thing smoother I called and said that we were coming to change the tires and that we needed an invoice sent to us (with details) so we can make Payment, followed up with an email with everything said over the phone. I get the invoice with CashSale as the details, I went through all that trouble for nothing. Secondly when arriving, the wait was over 2 hours, apparently first come first serve, but really 2 hours to change tires. I honestly will never even bother with them again.

Bad bad bad
Ek wil net se *Tyre & Tube* in Vanderbijlpark gaan my nie weer sien nie omdat ek so kak diens gekry het en ekt dit op n video ok en ek kan nie glo die eiernaar of bestuurder doen ok niks wyl ek daar was. Toe ek gaan betaal het het daar mense in die kantoor gestaan en net gevra wat het gebeur en toe se ek vir hom en uit geloop en ok nie terug gekom na my toe nie. Die Bravo male het n siggret ok nog in sy mond gehaat en ongeskik. Ek praat nog met die bravo male en hy praat niks terug nie hyt net gese hy moet die wiel 310 pomp wat anders gaan hy nie sien waar lek hy nie. Ek het toe my self die wiel opgesit en was gemaak want hyt nie geweet hoe sit hy die welf terug nie as ek met hom praat dan se hy niks nie. My ander 2 werkers was ok saam met my daar en hulle het als gesien en gehoor. Ek weet nou nie wat is sy naam nie maar die mense wat saterdag op 27/06/2020 gewerk het weet wie die bravo male is. Hulle kan my skakel as die CEO my gaan bel en al wat hulle gaan se jammer dit sal nie weer gebeur nie. Groete MNR Smuts

After hours emergency?? No problem!!
Dear Hello Peter, When a colleague and I arrived at Tyres 2000, 62 Lower Germiston Rd, Heriotdale after normal business hours, all was locked up and staff members were already getting into their vehicles to leave work. Both Dave, Walton and Martin emphasized with our predicament and immediately agreed to assist. The required tools were fetched, then the puncture was fixed, the tyre tested and then re-fitted to the vehicle – all with the greatest of attitude and smiles. To top it all off, to demonstrate their integrity, none wanted to accept a cash payment, since all administration staff members have left already. In other words, they preferred to carry the responsibility for fixing and fitting a tyre free-of-charge, rather than to allow for cash to change hands and potentially open the door for fraud or dishonesty. Dave, Walton and Martin – you could have chosen to just say “NO”. Instead you all assisted and won two new customers for life. Thank you for your time and kind assistance, the extra mile you walked, and the selfless manner in which you handled the situation. Well done to Tyres 2000, Heriotdale!! Regards, Brighton

Ridiculous pricing and Appauling Service!!!!!
I went to replace front brake pads for my 2003 Toyota Corolla, and he quoted me R950 for everything. When I went to source the brake pads myself, it cost me R450, &
