Non-delivery of a parcel in over a week
CourierIT called me on Tuesday alerting me that they have a parcel to deliver to me and wanted to confirm deliveri address, of which we did. I also told them to deliver before 12 noon, as I won't be available after 12, to which they agreed. But the rest of the week they kept calling me at 4 pm to deliver, and I was not available. I complained to them on Thursday, and promised to deliver the following week at work. When I called them on Tuesday, they had even forgotten all about last week. Useless company this CourierIT!!!

Audi Service Offer
I booked my car for service hoping for a 20% discount that they have going. Website clearly stipulates that it is for cars who's freeway plan has expired, but Audi Vereeniging are adding their own terms like the car needs to be 5yrs and older, which Audi SA denies
