Complete waste of time and effort, slips get rejected, or no points, then after wasting my time taking pictures of slips the Voucher has already been used. then if you try to use theire whatapp to lodge a complaint it says they under stnad I must be busy they closing the ticket.
To be honest I have not bought from them as yet But i do know people who have and they love the quality and service. I would say its a great small business.
Tyre n tube Greyling street, PMB, the worst service ever, Firstly to make thing smoother I called and said that we were coming to change the tires and that we needed an invoice sent to us (with details) so we can make Payment, followed up with an email with everything said over the phone. I get the invoice with CashSale as the details, I went through all that trouble for nothing. Secondly when arriving, the wait was over 2 hours, apparently first come first serve, but really 2 hours to change tires. I honestly will never even bother with them again.

On Thursday 12 Noovember 2015, I sent the relevant signed documentation to via email for an Upgrade to be processed to Dishen Harilal and to Yeshika Ramkutchman, and I also asked if there was anything else needed., I got a response form businessKZN that my request had been logged, with a request number.ay I sent and email asking for an update on the device delivery, I got no response.Then on Friday afternoon I got a called from Sumeshni Pillay who informed me that my letterhead need to be adjusted and also to state that the dual sim could be deactivated. I did this as soon as I put down the phone which was around 4:20pm. I got an automated response to say she had received the mail. On Monday I emailed her again to check if she had received my mail. and got no response.On Tuesday I called to check on the delivery of the device to which i was told that it was in the wharehouse still so I asked if it could be escalated. I spoke to Vanessa. On Tuesday Afternoon I called again to check on the device and was told that the hold up was because the dual sim was not deactivated and that Sumeshni was off so I had to resend the letter to Angelique. which I did. at around 3:50pm, How long?
I would like to know why the Muvo services are always offline, we have tried twice now in Pinetown and they have said that the service is off line. Then when we go the Muvo bus at Sanlam the bus is running but no-on is to be found.
