The staff attitude and unwillingness to help. I took my grandfather to pep riverside in Vanderbijlpark. Wow. I have I very disturbing voice note off how the MANAGER and staff treat people. A simple card replacement. Staff telling a 77 year old to call the call centre. It's not their job to replace cards
I am Very unhappy with the service that MTN Is Giving me so far. I subscribe to the month to month diamond plan in September 2024. From application phase I have since struggled. I 1st went to the store at Vaal Mall, I was told I don't qualify, then I went to the one in S E in Vanderbijlpark, there I was just left hanging. I then decided to go to Meyerton where I was issued the sim with no hassles. I intially agree to price of R458.... Over the months I've seen increase. Today I Was debited R499. I called mtn call center but to no avail. I decided to call Mtn Vaal mall. I explained my issue to the Lady, the 1st question I was asked was who? or Where did I take out the contract....She then logged in an advised that I was put on Itemized Billing ( don't even know what is that). I asked for my refund for that Billing because I never subscribed to it. The response I got was.... "this is a systematic thing" and I won't get my refund. The System at MTN decides to put in additional fees? I am not buying this... somebody did this
VANDERBIJLPARK Keep up the Good work. Reasonable pricing. Stella services. I'd recommend you guys anytime. You saved me from losing R3000 on a misdignostic by insane auto
I'd live to thank Flavio and his team of Machinics @ insane auto Vanderbijlpark . I took my car for an oil leak twice. I was initially quoted R2420. I took my car the following day after paying the amount. The same day I brought to Flavio's team. Also took a video shortly after taking the car. After sending the video, I was advised that it's a cranck seal and I was quoted another R2900. I expressed my unhappiness to Flavio and I was brushed off. I decided to take my car to Tube city Vanderbijlpark. The gladly assisted. I just had to buy a new oil filter and an O ring seal for the supposed new sump. Paid R450. Zero oil leek. I would have paid almost R3000 for a misdiagnose by the machanical team at sac. At the end of the day I paid for Nothing and could have paid more if I didn't decide to go elsewhere.
I have previously laid complaints on their website. Last week Wednesday I decided to place it on hello Peter. I was contacted by a lady ( Shane Mobaye). She said the matter was Escalated. Sent her proof of payments. From last week till now... I haven't heard anything from her. Emailed her and just tried to call and requested to speak to her... I held for more than 15 minutes... Can I please have somebody from management to handle this... It's now a full month of a to and forth. WE BUY CARS PLEASE TAKE US SERIOUSLY 🥲🥲🥲
I would like to write a review about Webuycars.co.za The customer services is pathetic. It's a full month of run arounds. I had problems with these people from day one. I have spent 25k on fixing a car bought through finance. They sold me a car that had a cracked Turbo. I tried to sort this out for a month now. I have never experienced such pathetic service. The Germiston branch should be shut down....

I have previously canceled my contract with Telkom. My contact expired more than a year ago. I went to the branch on numerous accessions at Vaal mall, and was advised that they do not cancel contracts. I have been receiving calls from agents that i qualify for an upgrade. All i wanted was to cancel their services. Today I am debited R322 for a service that im not using. I want my money back
I bought a phone, 2 phone to-be specific . 1 for me the other one for my. My wife's phone just went dead. I took it in for repairs. From March I've been given a run around. I’ve complained about the service on the official website. To date no call or follow. And to the attitude of the managers there is on another level. Today i fetched my phone from the store. The manager would even give me the complaints resolution site. I just want my money back
I made a claim on the 12th. An agent was assigned to me. He never follows up. I'm the one calling and email the company. The guy who is busy with my claim does not call nor respond to my email. Today I arranged that my car needed to be towed at 18h00, the company sent me a text that the car will be collected. I called the the towing company, incomplete arrangements where made by miway. My patience is running out. You call them, you are sent from pillar to post.
