Injury on duty procedure not followed
Good day Daily sun You guys are my last hope I need assistance regarding my brother who was injured on duty and his boss refused to take him to a private hospital- mind you my brother was injured on Thurs 15th Sept 2022 to date he has not been assisted his Broke his leg while performing some of the duties that he was asked to perform by his manager Malatji And was shocked by electricity as well at Sima Silver lodge at Tzaneen your assistance to publish my story will be highly appreciated

Employee abuse
The owner and his management do not care about the employees-my brother got shocked by electricity while cutting trees at Sima silver lodge on the 15th Sept 2022 and he was taken by his colleague to the public hospital were he had to wait till 19h00 to be assisted while in pain I was than informed about this incident by my Mom who is in limpopo who was was called by the colleague to notify her about her son.i than called my brother's phone and ask if his okay only to find out that he was not his wrist was affected and his leg was broken.i asked if he can give me the company's contact number so that I can ask them why they took him to the public hospital and why did they notify his next of kin about the incident of which the guy who answered the call by the name of Malatji said his not the owner and he does not have the contact or the email address of the owner of the lodge.i asked him about the procedure around injury on duty if the company does not have medical aid that cover such incident. The guy said he doesn't know. This people are gambling with people's life what if my brother died Mind you I am the one calling them for updates on my brother to show that they don't care I asked malatji if he know about labour regulations act -the guy just said he is not the owner I told him I was going to post this on social media platforms Or else I'll go to labour for assistance I need justice for my brother and other employees that are unable to come forward

we paid 800 for call center certificate and they promised us callcenter jobs..only to find out that the jobs their giving us don't even last much longer u work for a week than after that u get fired some of us worked more than two months
We never got paid for the months we worked there..we made sales

I unfairly dimissed
They didn't pay me my money and I work so hard 6 to 18:00 for 2400 per month and from that money they deduct uif..provident fund and uniform fee
