Inter park,parking facilities,i was de*****ed when paying for a monthly payment fee or parking,their staff are *******,refusing to give receipts after payment was received,disapears.and then im blocked to leave the parking unless i pay the full amount,even talking to the HR,she refused to give the parking managers details for a ***** case,even refusing to take the matter further protecting the company and protecting their *****ulent staff!this company staff are also *****ing parking money,on weekends when card machines does not work,by taking cash without a receipt,thus happens at all the mall parkings they are contacted in ,so please be carefull always ask for a receipt,theres too many loopholes in this parking ***** *******ion.

Thank you for providing underground parking to the residents of Randburg Square Apartments. So far I have received good service, in terms of a clean parking facility. Unfortunately, I experienced something terrible this past weekend. The bonnet of my car was maliciously damaged by someone in the underground parking lot. I saw this damage on Saturday morning when I was taking my partner to work. I was shocked and surprised that this happened. I immediately reported the issue to the security of Randburg Square apartments. Unfortunately, the cameras in the underground parking did not cover the bay where my car was parked. So I could not see who the perpetrator was that damaged my car. I am angry and frustrated that someone damaged my car and that the cameras in the parking could not capture the incident. I thought I had peace of mind that my car is safe and that the cameras were capturing all angles of the parking lot. I'm really disappointed by what has happened because it means that I must now pay the damages to my car that I am not responsible for. I would like to recommend that Interpark installs more cameras in the underground parking for Randburg Square Apartments. Kind regards Sifiso

Dharmalingham Delays Deposit& Card Fee Refund (Interpark.) I have been waiting since September 2020 for the return of my deposit plus the card fee due to me upon cancellimg my long-term parking contract with Interpark at Cpt Intl Apt. Jnb Interpark's Vincent Dharmalingham continues to first ignore, then give excuse, after excuse for delaying the repayment. You would've thought by now that he had run out of delaying tactics! NOT SO! Now he is waiting for a boss to SIGN IT OFF! This has continued since early September. I am very dismayed Vincent Dharmalingham!

Interpark at Stadium on Main in Claremont advertises a rate of R8 for the first hour. I got charged R15 for 15 minutes. I was told by the cashier that they've changed their rates but that they still have to change the notice boards. To me, this feels like false advertising.

I was insulted and sworn at on the 31 August 2019 at 21:15 by Interpark staff at Menlyn. I went to the office to report that the machine gave me a half R10 as change. When I got there a young man with a nasty attitude told me I didn’t pay my ticket I don’t have money. When I asked himself to view the CCTV he told me there is no cameras with bad attitude

I'm tenant in Menlyn shopping mall have parking contract with interpark our agreement was to bring invoices every month end so that can make payment and also explain to them that no payment will be done without invoice my company needs invoice as supporting document for proof of payment, but they fail to do that it make me suffer when is tine to knock off. when do follow up keep telling me will send them then we agree that no invoice no payment and they gonna open gates for me until they bring those invoice. Yesterday 20/03/2019 it was worse they keep me waited almost 45 minutes at boom gates and it affected other customers coming out from the mall they also waited to long to come out it cause traffic unnecessary . The person who was working she treated me so badly yesterday when am trying to explain to her was is happening about my monthly she was so bold and harsh when she talked to me and this it happened several times.

I had a contract for parking in Arcadia Center (Pretoria) since July 2016 until June 2018 when I terminated the contract. I received an email to notify me that my contract has been terminated and I must submit proof of banking details so that I can get my deposit back which I did (Apparently it takes 6 to 8 Weeks to get your deposit back) .I lost counts on how many times I called in to find out why is it taking so long to get my money back and the response I get is that they can't locate my deposit since the system they used then (2016) is no longer in use, they're using SAP the funny part is they can see that indeed I paid the deposit and how much it is. Still waiting for the response of two emails I sent last week and Wednesday 22. Horrible service ever.....

I stopped at at the machine in Randburg Square today to pay for my parking after taking my sick baby to the doctor. I tried to pay for my R3 parking with a R20 note (smallest change I had on me). The machine kept giving the R20 note back to me. I pressed the button for help. The lady on the other side was ****led and I could not hear her. I tried a few times to figure out what she was saying but seeing as I had my baby in the car I decided to speak to her from the boom. At the boom I could hear clearly but she said she could not help me there as I had to go back to the machine. I tried to explain to her that I would not be able to hear anything at the other machine but to no avail. By this time my baby was crying and cars behind me started getting abusive. I moved out of the way as they showed signs and swore at me. Back at the boom they said they would send someone. I asked how long it would take but got no answer. So I backed up again to let more angry motorists past. I called the Interpark SA number and was told management was in a meeting and could not help me. I was cut off a few times before miraculously the boom opened in front of me. I tried the Interpark SA number again to lay a complain but could not get through to a manager. I tried a few times again and there was not answer. Terrible, Slack, Pathetic Service that exposed me to abuse from other motorists and left me traumatized. Extremely disappointing!
