I reported a fraud case in December last year with MTN(Mondo) after seeing a debit order from MTN on my account. I have never opened an account with them. I submitted the relevant documentation well. To date,they have not finalised the case. In all instances when I call,I am being told that the “matter is currently being investigated”. I have applied for credit with credit providers who tell me that “you have a pending account with MTN that is in arrears”. I have been advised by credit providers as well that MTN needs to report the matter with the South African Fraud and Prevention Services in order to clear my name from this debt. MTN has failed to do so,they even drop my calls.

Can I please get someone who can amend my policy accurately to call me. The current person who is helping me is making mistakes over and over again. Can this be prioritised as you have deducted my money already. This is getting out of hand. I always have to go online to get proper assistance?
