I had a contract for parking in Arcadia Center (Pretoria) since July 2016 until June 2018 when I terminated the contract. I received an email to notify me that my contract has been terminated and I must submit proof of banking details so that I can get my deposit back which I did (Apparently it takes 6 to 8 Weeks to get your deposit back) .I lost counts on how many times I called in to find out why is it taking so long to get my money back and the response I get is that they can't locate my deposit since the system they used then (2016) is no longer in use, they're using SAP the funny part is they can see that indeed I paid the deposit and how much it is. Still waiting for the response of two emails I sent last week and Wednesday 22. Horrible service ever.....
