I'm tenant in Menlyn shopping mall have parking contract with interpark our agreement was to bring invoices every month end so that can make payment and also explain to them that no payment will be done without invoice my company needs invoice as supporting document for proof of payment, but they fail to do that it make me suffer when is tine to knock off. when do follow up keep telling me will send them then we agree that no invoice no payment and they gonna open gates for me until they bring those invoice. Yesterday 20/03/2019 it was worse they keep me waited almost 45 minutes at boom gates and it affected other customers coming out from the mall they also waited to long to come out it cause traffic unnecessary . The person who was working she treated me so badly yesterday when am trying to explain to her was is happening about my monthly she was so bold and harsh when she talked to me and this it happened several times.
