Icebolethu is not being honest with our family. When our grandmother died last year, we were fortunate to attend her funeral. Everything went smoothly, and we were pleased with the service. We're being moved from pillar to post now that we have to install the gravestone for the unveiling. We chose the tombstone a few months ago and were informed it would be erected in time; however, every time we visit the Pietermaritzburg office, we are told that Sphamandla is unavailable because he is working with our account. Our information should be on their system, and anyone in the office should be able to assist us. We must now wait for those who are not in the office to assist us. We paid for everything, and we deserve to be treated well. Please take action; this is out of control and uncalled for. This is a matter of urgency and importance to us in order to get closure for our late grandmother. Please, Icebolethu, pull up your socks and solve this problem. This is truly unjust. Why should we have to utilise our resources to track down employees to see where they are with our request? It was quite disappointing. I had hoped for better service.
I'm frustrated by the way the call centre agent did not help me today. I was sent from pillar to post. Firstly I deposited R200 yesterday morning around 10:30am, at the FNB ATM. I usually don't request a receipt because I've done this method of payment many times in the past. They cut my electricity and told me my account was suspended. I asked them what an I do to rectify this problem, I was sent a number to call. 011 544 3900 Trafalgar. I called this number and was told that they can't help me because they don't deal with electricity. So I went back to Remote Metering Solutions and told them this and still they insisted that I provide proof of payment. I explained to them that I don't have this because I did not get the receipt from the ATM. I was told there is nothing they can do. Surely the money reflects on their bank account details. But they still did not want to help me. I was again told to call 0124008666. By this time I had no airtime to call, because I'm unemployed and my partner is off from work is tired and is unable to buy airtime for me. I am a disabled person and feel that I have been treated unfairly. I'm still without electricity. This is a huge problem because I have a 6 month old baby that needs hot water to bath and eat. Without hot water I unable to make milk and porridge for the baby to eat. This is a huge inconvenience for me. I am really disappointed at the way Remote Metering Solutions has dealt with my problem. They trully do not care about their customers needs and are just after money at the end of the day. 😡😡😡
After getting the LG sound bar it has made viewing TV a pleasure. The sound is crystal clear and the sub hoover is just out of this world. I can stream music with ease. The Bluetooth feature is easy to use, this is one of the features I enjoy in the sound bar. The bass power is awesome when listening to music. The sound bar offers more sound than the normal TV. The sound performance is great. For me this is great product overall. It offers all my sound needs. Unboxing my surround sound was very easy. It's light and easy to install. The guides that come with the sound bar was very easy to understand. The design is sleek and stylish. I love the design, and the colour matches my TV. I'm so impressed with the wireless sub hoover, just made it easier to install. Thanks LG for yet another amazing product. This is by far the best sound bar that I have ever owned. I've been using my Phillips EasySpeed Plus irons for a while now. It's easy and comfortable to use. It's light and durable. I manage to iron one load of laundry before the water finishes in the iron. It's very easy to clean, and it irons with easy and is very quick to deliver heat and so I can iron my clothes very quickly. Thank you Phillips South Africa for this amazing product. I will definitely continue to support the brand, when it comes to irons. Looking forward to upgrading my iron soon. It's been an amazing two years, thank you once again. Keep up the great work. My 56l black neochef microwave oven with a smart inverter has changed the way I cook my meals. Coming home feeling tired and not having the energy to prepare a meal from scratch can be frustrating. This microwave has made life a lot easier when preparing meals for my family. This enormous microwave is suitable for household usage. I enjoy all the features and the music it plays. When using the microwave regularly, the small things count. Butter melts well in it. The LG Neo Chef is an excellent item. Its enormous size makes it ideal for cooking up big meals or items. The microwave warms food more effectively than my old microwave did. The microwave is unlike any other in terms of look and finish. I want to make the point that LG took the effort to make something distinctive and remarkable. My microwave cooks food more quickly and consistently. I can cook a range of foods that my old microwave was unable to do before because of the perfect temperature control. I couldn't be happier with my microwave and would suggest it to anybody else searching for an excellent microwave. Thank you, LG for always going above and beyond.
Yesterday (06/02/2023), my fiancé and I went to Rahima Moosa Mother & Child Hospital to have her pregnancy induced. But she was told to return in a week. She is 40 weeks and two days pregnant. I'm worried about my unborn child and my fiancé's health. I did some research and am dissatisfied with what I discovered. Everything seems to indicate that being pregnant after 40 weeks is extremely dangerous. This will in some way harm the baby. Could you please help us with this? I am concerned and worried. Because of this situation, my fiancé is anxious and stressed. I urgently require the assistance of someone.
My experience with Randburg Mental Health Clinic has been amazing. I always get my medication on time. Even though I have to wake up early in the morning to join the queue to the Mental Health Clinic. The nurses are always cheerful and friendly and professional too. They know each patient by name and always have to chat for a few minutes. Their service is great, even though the system is working against them. For instance the Gauteng Department of Health (GDoH) does not always pay their suppliers that stock medication and this can make the nurses work just that much harder. The GDoH needs to employ more nurses and doctors to assist at the Randburg Mental Health Clinic. Kudos to all the nurses that work at the Randburg Municipal Clinic, you guys are true champions and I am so grateful for the service that you provide. I thank you.

Facebook Marketplace has been an ideal place to sell my property and other belongings. The response is amazing. As soon as I post something online to be sold, I instantly receive messages from potential buyers. What's great is that I can do a thorough investigation as to whom I'm selling my property to. I love I can instantly put a message out that my items have been sold, and I won't receive messages from people asking whether the items are still available. The marketplace really puts my mind at ease. I manage to sell everything without any hassles. Thank you Facebook for making this amazing platform us to trade and barter with other people in my area. My mother saw an adverti*****t for ASSUPOL Life on DSTV. She called to sign up for funeral insurance. She recieved an SMS informing her that her funeral insurance is active. She was given this phone number: 047 464 5457. This policy number is AGP9839208. My mother and my late grandmother had been added. She began this policy two years ago, and they have deducted R307.00 every month for the past two years. When my grandmother died in December 2022, we filed a claim online and were told to expect a response within 48 hours. But nothing happened; there was no response, email, or message from them. That's when I decided to call and inquire about what was going on. When I called the call center, they asked for my policy number, but I was told that it did not exist. Then I gave them my mother's and grandmother's ID numbers, but there was still no policy under their ID numbers. We decided to go to the Pietermaritzburg branch listed on the ASSUPOL website, but their offices were not there. So we called the bank to cancel the debit order, but we could only recover two months' worth of money. The months of November and December 2022. I'm disgusted by ASSOPUL because they didn't try to resolve or investigate the problem. They simply informed us that the policy does not exist. My mother, God bless her soul, has squandered R7 368.00 by using ASSUPOL. They are a scam and should not be trusted. Please do not sign up with them. They are thieves who prey on the elderly. My mother never received an email containing her policy documents. Worst of all, they continue to advertise on DSTV. If you value your money, please avoid ASSUPOL.
