Terrible after sales service, no accountability.

I bought a battery on the 3/06/25 from the SABAT Batteries in Halfway House Midrand, and as soon as they fitted the battery my car went into Limp Mode; I drove to the outlet with my vehicle fully operational, and when I was driving off I noticed that it had no power, the technician said that there is no way is has anything to do with them. So I tried to drive the car thinking it would left correct, 500m down the road I pulled over and called them to come test the battery to make sure they gave me the right battery for my car. The lady I spoke to was dismissive and basically told me that this has nothing to do with them and that they wouldnt be coming out to check if it was the right battery. I had to organise the tow truck to get my car and take it to an auto electrician.
