Bad service and false info :(
I am SOOOO annoyed right now!! I bought my son a trampoline as a surprise, and called game to confirm BEFORE I PAY, if we can pick up the product, in stead of having it delivered, and the person said YES! JUST to find out AFTER paying that NO COLLECTIONS and to top it all, delivery will happen in 3-5 working days!!!! This just really upsets me, as I would not have bought online if I knew we can't pick it up today! Every body know 3-5 working days actually means 5 DAYS!!! I will NEVER EVER buy online, and really, this is not fair :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Please promise me this is not a scam
I've ordered and paid R1700.00 stock from Funky Tights in April 2017. They did communicate, but suddenly no response of reply with regards to my order/refund. For me, that R1700.00 is allot and I please would like to know if anybody can help with telephone nr or anything so I can be sure I am not losing money.
