I'd like to thank my banker Sibusiso Sibiya and Prenisha Govender who were patient with me when I had my money swallowed by an ATM. They both made sure that I got my money back. They were kind and assisted me in every way they could though I couldn't be refunded immediately but I finally received my money back. Thanks to them
The Maponya Mall Nedbank ATM swallowed my money when I was doing a cardless deposit to my account on Friday. The ATM went off then on a few seconds when I had just inserted money. I called the call center immediately and gave all the details that an agent required from me for the bank to give my money back. On Monday, I called my banker to follow up on my refund. To my surprise he told me the matter was declined. He relogged another call for the same matter on Tuesday. He has been trying his best to get this matter resolved but till now I I haven't received my money back. I now have to keep borrowing money from people while my money is idling somewhere in Nedbank's ATM. I am so disappointed by how the bank is treating me. I have been their client for so many years. I am their private client yet this is the treatment I get from them. I only want what belongs to me. Thank you to my banker for his efforts to help me, it is not his fault but the banks

I am disappointed by how bookings.com treated me this time around. I booked an accommodation at Rest Camp Lodge in Swaziland for 12 people through them for an event that was going to take place on the 29th to 31st May 2020. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, we had to cancel. I actually cancelled on the 17th March which means I have to get a full refund. I have been contacting bookings.com and the lodge and I don't get a response. I have not received a refund as well. The friends I booked for think I have received a refund but not giving it back to them. I was hoping that bookings.com is going to assist me in getting hold of the venue owners since they are contracted with them. They wouldn't have allowed business with them before doing a thorough check if they are a reputable business. I wouldn't advise anyone to use them since they do not offer their help when clients have a problem. As for the R3600 that wa paid by me, I need it to be paid back by the lodge. They were quick to debit from my bank account but refunding is an issue.

I wrote an email to Plush to enquire if they had a royal blue suede cleaner on the 11th October 2017. Instead of charging me for the products, they sent me 6 tins and a brush for free. I just received a gift box from Plush, I'm so excited. Thank you so much Jackie, Plush is the best. Montsheng
