Telkom your service stinks.....
We have been trying to cancel our Telkom account for months. We have various e-mail and 4 visits to their shop in Cresta Center in Gauteng. The attitude of staff, the lack of assistance and lastly the lack of cancellation of our account has now finally driven me to write to HelloPeter. Great Customer Care and Service
I would just like to commend Paul Goosen and his team for a job well done. My Toyota Prado needed a replacement of the it ABS booster pump. The quote by the agents was for R40K. Paul sourced a good replacement part and the car is again as good as new. During the process, Paul kept me informed of progress and accommodated all my questions and requests. In my book Paul is an officer and a gentlemen and I will support his business in any way I can.
