I bought shoes online and after second time wearing it, it broke. It was in my 14 days so I logged a return. Firstly it took more than 2 weeks to pick it up. Now 2 months later I havn't received my money or voucher back.
Phoned the bussiness with an enquiry. The old lady asked me what I neede and before I could even start explaining interrupted me. So flippen rude. Tell me in a nice polite way that you cant help me. You want our money but wont give us any service in return!?!?
