The deducted at one stage in R1300.00 upon enquiries they informed me that it was an open contract. I removed the simcard from the phone and destroyed it in February 2016. Meaning that I was supposed only to pay the R89.00 as agreed upon. I didn't even matter about their side of giving me free data, airtime. They deducted again R1700.00 in April 2017 and in May R2333.00. I had to go into the bank to reverse the transaction of May. I never received any accounts. They forwarded me an sms with a whats app line( ********** 382) whereby I enquired a statement for the duration of the contract. They gave me a telephone number ********** 495. I called several times and even today, 2017.10.25 they informed me today that they cannot find me on their system. I want to know what the settlement amount is to pay this account. They said my account is most probably handed over and transferred me to different people who could not find my details either on the handed over accounts. They reported me at ITC and this has disqualify me to purchase a house. I also want to buy a car and therefore would like to settle the account once and for all.
