Cancel the Service!

The worse service I ever experienced, I really how they really help their customers. I have e-e-mailed, called and then more calls and e-mails still no seems to care about my query. I have been told on a email I should speak to the boss Mr Wheeler and I have been trying to hold of him so many times. He called me left a voicemail and asked that I call I did just that and still I was told they dont know when he will be in the office everyday. I have told that the boss Mr Wheeler is 70 'so and can't make the decisions but I have told to speak him about my query. He called me one more time and left a voice as I was at work. Telling that I know the number as I have calling everyday and that was the end of the voicemail and I called everytime and e-mailed again asking on what number I call him on or e-mail him even leaving time for him contact me . I asked for times and date to contact him still no Joy!! !!!!!I heard everything from the staff who are unfriendly and rude, telling me about customers who do not pay and all I'm asking is for assistance with query. I was told that she should send the agreement I signed with my creditor and everything went silent thereafeter, please Cancel the service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot continue to you and my Creditor you give me No service!!!!!! This query has affected my health, this unbelievable im so disgusted at this company. Disgusted!!!!!!!. U take my money but still no Service
