Bad service
I have been struggling for the last 6 months with Andtin and Partners. My mother and late father was clients of them there debt was paid off 6 years ago now NedBank is sending my mother messages and calling that she owes them money. We have all the paperwork that says that both my parents owes nothing.I did contact Andtin and the are really bad in giving feedback a lady called Palesa just said we must ignore the phone calls but I mean who just ignores calls from people that says you owe them almost R42000,00. It has been a month now and still contact from the lady called Palesa. They are very bad in communicating with people

Bad service

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY ANTIN AND PARTNERS. I SIGNED UP A FEW MONTHS AGO WITH THIS COMPANY TO TAKE OVER MY DEBT AND MAKE PAYMENTS ON BEHALF OF ME . I END UP PAYING THEM AS THEY DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY NEVER PAID MY DEBT. THEY ARE BIG ****MERS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE ****MERS.

The staff at Andtin is very unprofessional and ignore your e-mails and requests. They full of empty promises. They have no problem debiting your account but don't make the payments to your creditors as promised. I want someone who can assist me contact me ASAP before I take matters further!

Cancel the Service!
The worse service I ever experienced, I really how they really help their customers. I have e-e-mailed, called and then more calls and e-mails still no seems to care about my query. I have been told on a email I should speak to the boss Mr Wheeler and I have been trying to hold of him so many times. He called me left a voicemail and asked that I call I did just that and still I was told they dont know when he will be in the office everyday. I have told that the boss Mr Wheeler is 70 'so and can't make the decisions but I have told to speak him about my query. He called me one more time and left a voice as I was at work. Telling that I know the number as I have calling everyday and that was the end of the voicemail and I called everytime and e-mailed again asking on what number I call him on or e-mail him even leaving time for him contact me . I asked for times and date to contact him still no Joy!! !!!!!I heard everything from the staff who are unfriendly and rude, telling me about customers who do not pay and all I'm asking is for assistance with query. I was told that she should send the agreement I signed with my creditor and everything went silent thereafeter, please Cancel the service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot continue to you and my Creditor you give me No service!!!!!! This query has affected my health, this unbelievable im so disgusted at this company. Disgusted!!!!!!!. U take my money but still no Service

The Legitimate of Andtin and Partners
Hi Hello Peter<br> <br> Actually its not a complaint its a question of investigating for me and other people's sake, i would like to know if Andtin and Partners is Legit and if it is, where is their web site ? And do they have any other branches or companies doing what they say they are doing in other provinces, whereby they help people in stop paying creditors and they investigate on your behalf your debts and if after three years is found that your accounts were given in a wrong manner they are reversed and if they found that it was right then all the money paid to them is reversed to you account and that outstanding account you pay it with less amount.. Please investigate this for me because there many ways of Fraudsters out there....Where by companies are opened and then they disappear in the thin air after they have seen that people have invested enough to the Fraudsters accounts, i mean millions of monies had gonne with the fraudsters in South Africa a lot.<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> Lunga Lobi <br> <br> 0732837561 / 0214004355

Mr Gaidien was so happy with the service her received, referred many clients to Andtin as a result thereof. This can be confirmed by the complainant.
