VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY ANTIN AND PARTNERS. I SIGNED UP A FEW MONTHS AGO WITH THIS COMPANY TO TAKE OVER MY DEBT AND MAKE PAYMENTS ON BEHALF OF ME . I END UP PAYING THEM AS THEY DEDUCTED MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY NEVER PAID MY DEBT. THEY ARE BIG ****MERS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE ****MERS.
Two weeks ago I started having problems with my internet access. Can not go on the internet at all. I paid every month for having this service never complained. Now I have logged a problem request to have my number changed and a new username and password to be sent. With all necessary documents filled and signed I am still waiting and new month is approaching. I have spoken to Moses Sima was of good help to direct me . But still awaiting on TSPT . VERY POOR SERVICE. THEY COULD NOT EVEN SEND EMAILS OUT TO ANOUNCE THAT THEY NO LONGER HAVE A OFFICE AND THEY ALL WORKING FROM HOME. AS I WAS INFORMED THAT A NEW COMPANY HAS BOUGHT MWEB . VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THIS NEW COMPANY.
BORROWED R5600 from fnb on the 19th September 2023. On the 20th of September I transferred the money to my savings account to save some money. I went to buy groceries at pick n pay . I transferred a R1700 to my cheq account then it got debited to my loan account. I transferred another R1300 which was also debited to the loan account. I then did another transferred of R1000 which was also debited . The point is I borrowed the money for a purpose but the bank took basically all their money back .there was actually no purpose in borrowing the money cause it end up being useless. The service sucks .thinking of taking my salary to other bank.very disappointed 😞
Was at the standard bank today to enquire about a master card that was listed on my credit profile this month January 2023. To my knowledge this card was opened in 2006 and dept that is older than 3 years should be erased from one's profile. this listing was erased and listed again after 17 years . how corrupt can they be. It was handed over to MBD attorneys the money hungry wolfs that will suck you dry if you not familiar with the law and your rights. Hopefully I will be able to sort it out with OMBUDSMAN..
I Called earlier today the 13th January 2023 to log a claim towards my contracts I have with Telkom mobile. I have all retrenchment docs as proof as I have mentioned to them .As a result they told me to make payment arrangement which is clearly useless because I was retrenched and have no income at the moment. searching for employment is not easy as it can take up to months or even a year as we know unemployment rate is high. I aslso ask the consultant if there is any insurance in place to settle this debt but unfortunately not. so if anyone can advise me to take this matter to the ombudsman.
Good day I have sent retrenchment certificate and other documents. I have spoken to a consultant asking him about my insurance policy to make claims on my vehicle loan. Apparently Im not covered for retrenchment but only for disability and Death . which I think is ridiculous as with all my other absa loans I am covered for retrenchment as well and not just disability and death which is a smaller amount then the vehicle loan amount. so my question is how can the bank not covert for retrenchment If they borrow such large amount of money but all my smaller loans with absa which is the same bank are covered for retrenchment . So by all means I am not going to be responsible for a mistake the bank made by not covering there own finance because people don't ask to get retrenched they just get retrenched and to my knowledge the banks are aware of these things. So I do not have any monthly installments for the next few months while searching for another job which can take months or even a year as we all know our country have a high rate of unemployment. Please be advised that I was ask or had a choice to choose a cover I would have chose to have full cover which was done with all the other loans. thank you regards shadlie Abdurahman 27782993146
poor service .very poor. I will not recommend anyone to do business with this bank. I recently requested a refund of R2500 that was paid in too much in to a loan account that was settled. the request was made on the 4th November 2021 and today is the 18th already. I call in even on this day the 18th. they always have excuses.
I recently settled my loan with Nedbank at the recoveries devision and was promised to send me a paid up letter 3 days after the money reflects on their side its been almost 2 weeks now I have been calling for several times now and all I get is empty promises. I really need this letter as I am applying for a home loan and I need to get out of the house that I am currently renting I was given 2 months and my 2 months is already due. I have also paid R2500 too much and ask for them to reverse it. I did send proof. I was told 72hours for it to take effect but it's been 4 days already. I have made great efforts to find a solution to settled all my debts and move over to a new page. I will really appreciate it if someone in there department would be able to help me and put them in my shoes to where I am coming from. It was really not that easy as there are people still battling to get back on there feet. I rated the service 2 star for the slow or delayed service.
I made a case for robbery the 17th of August 2021 at Athlone police station . The police officer told me that they will send the documents to philllipi police station because the robbery happened in philllipi and that it will take about 2 to 3 days. Philllipi saps will log the case on the system and will send me a case number. On the the 22nd I called in to philllipi police station to ask them if they have received my folder and they said no and told me it might be to early to know if they received it or not. I called in about 4 or 5 times on different days. I then went the next morning to Athlone police station and ask them about my case and folder if they sent it. They said they can't find my folder and they don't have anything on the system. Then I ask the officer how is that possible they just said they don't know. I asked them where Iis the officer that helped me with the case they told there is no such person working here. What poor service. I'm really disappointed. I realized that it might have ended up in the bin. As they don't want to work but just sit around.
Today I received a message from HP Attorneys saying I need to call them to avoid further action. What BS this is. My vodacom account was canceled last month with an effective date of 30/06/2021. And I have emails that was sent to me say I owe them nothing everything was settled according to the email they sent me. By a Mr Nathaniel Abrahams. So who's cheating or who's lying. The worst service ever I came across. I actually regret signing up with this service. I called vodacom this afternoon and spoke to a lady she took my details and phone number and said she will call me back she never did. What bad service company. These people they don't really care about me or you as long as they can milk you and take your Hard earned money. Now they flagged me @ the bureau just because they can't do there job the proper way. I will take further steps if necessary to clear my name and to expose them to the media if they don't clear my name.
