Completely and utterly unsatisfied!!!!!!! A year ago my son was taken to hospital. Constant fight with med aid to pay. Received an email from Janet Sherman to say they waiting for payment and all is in order. A year later I get a notification from attorney to say I'm handed over....... After many calls and emails, and phone calls from med aid to her plus proof of payment done last year...... Still no joy. Finally it was sorted out today........ She is most definately not the right person for the job as she has NO manners what so ever. Numerous different peoples accounts was referred to me but has no relation. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. And this is a company who saves lives. I had to contact their attorneys myself to clear my name....... Not even an apology for unlawfully handing me over..... What a damn disgrace. Gardmed, you have left a bitter taste in my mouth!!!!!!!!!!
Stood 5 min at the door waiting to be asked for a table..... everyone looks at me but doesn't assist. Ask for a manager.... that took a good few minutes.... finally after being seated..... wait another good few min to be served. Asked for a bunny.... well to my surprise they not making it tonight because the person is off..... hey! How on earth does a company/ resturant run like this.... Will NEVER set door again in any RJ's. I will let everyone know if the kak service....
