We bought our son a pair of Rugby Adizero RS7 Soft Ground Boots, GZ4167_700 size: 12 ModelNumber: LIF36 Gender: U. Due to a quality failure on the 29/04/2023, i sent an e-mail to their service department, as the boot is still in guarantee. Since then i have phone 6 time and every time i phone i come to someone different and the needs to resolve the issue is changed and addition information is needed. I can escalate the issue because they can transfer my calls and they cant phone me back because they dont have the ability to do that. I never get to some one to actually resolve my issue and every time i phone i get to someone in India that really does not help and makes the situation worse. The 15th of May 2023 and once again new information is requested this after holding on the phone for 43min to ensure that all the requested information was received by them and that the quality team will sort out my issue. How can a big company be so unable to resolve my Issues. HATE call centres not customer friendly. Adidas you are not consumer friendly. I need urgent feedback
Since March 2017 we have been trying to get Rowan to come and fix our outdoor blinds in our braai area and my mother-in-laws braai area. Till date we only have had broken promises and no shows. Always promising to come and fix it but never pitching. I have no other choice but to put this on Hello Peter with the hopes that this will not happen to anyone else and maybe an attempted for a finale changes to fix the problem.
