OOBA Insurance Stay Away!!!
OOBA insurance stay away!!!! Lodged a claim 03/12/2025 for storm damage incurred on 01/12/2025, till to date my claim is not finalized (4months) later. CLC administrating claim on OOBA behalf is pathetic zero client support! I was told by an African lady when I enquired telephonically as to when will I hear anything about my claim on 05/12/2025 that I must wait they are very busy and they will get to me when it is my turn??? Like ***, Very poor customer service, loss adjustors does not account for all damages and I had to demand they the report fixed! This insurance company is not acting in the best interests of their clients I have been a client for 10yrs and the amount of excuses these people think of and deflecting away from direct questions is crazy! I will strong not recommend this insurance company they are a sham. Andre Engelbrecht is not giving me justice or fair service, I constantly have to email or call in to get feedback! I have lodge 2 disputes and still no resolution has been tabled! Ooba cannot be re**** upon to be the insurance company that you can expect when you need them! They are a no show! And I am over convinced they are treating my claim with prejudices and are discriminating against me by not providing my equal service treatment or delivery!

Stay away Garage Door King / Ryan Doors
Stay away from this company they also operate as Ryan Doors. They pust sub standard garage doors and after service is absolutely trass. Had installed two standard roll up garage doors and roll up motors, you wait for weeks before they come to fix. Angee is a dishonest woman who lies by saying they wait on spares then eventually sends a team out then they don't bring anything spares with. This is a very bad bad bad company! They don't even replace damaged door their own faulty equipment cause! They are non considerate to you as the customers needs.

Werner Projects and Maintenance stay far away from him
The most dishonest builder (Werner Mukder) I have ever come across 02/9/2020, he is stalled 32 squares concrete square flooring with drainage for water, the drainage i procured all the material he required making promises to install for me which he did half, he installed screet flooring and till now to this day 03/02/2021 he has not come to fix the defects he installed roof flushing between my Vibacrete wall and existing patio roof which he took so long to do and showed no remorse for the discomfort and grieve i and my neighbor had to endure when he did not tighten down the sheet which the wind ripped off easily. He removed bags of unused cement which is my property from my property and broke my daughter play broom, he is very arrogant and refuses to come finish the work saying he has other jobs to finish but I paid him already in full. He is a lier and will say anything to get your business and then not finish the work. He operates in the western gate with his father. Becarful of this guy bull****ing everyone.

MN Craftsman Maintenance and Service stay away
The one man business run by the owner Myndert Nel, is crooked and not honest, I hired him for construction of a single carport roof renovations by nocking down a wall to make my garage tandem, he took 60% deposit upfront and did his own thing and deviated from the approved plans and used materials not recommended by the municipality. He installed steel slide gate that was bot galvinzed which he painted silver and did not install the roof sheeting properly. All his half done work rusted and the gate he made out of palisades are so scew and now where close to being 45 square. He has a very poor work tendency and a job he say would take 1week turned into 4month 1/6/2020 to 11/11/2020 and he stopped coming giving me tons of excuses, I had to take him before court to get my money back and for damages, he cause a lot of damage and made none to very bad efforts to fix them. I definitely won’t recommend him to work for anyone he lies about his so called experience and capabilities, and sell people rubbish to make a quick buck. He is based in the western cape.

The owner of the business has no manners and swear people of the public. Has no customer service ethics and no business ideology. I was called a “Poes” yesterday 25/10/2017 at the from door of the shop. I call on the general public to stay clear of this business it a was of time the products delivered from this place is a very bad quality.
