I bought a cell phone at Ackermans in July this year, with a 1 year warranty, I have never really enjoyed using the phone, because the phone has been sent away for repair twice already and it comes back the same, having the same problem. Ackermans is saying that its not them that decide weather I should get a refund or replacement, its a company called SMD Technologies which does the repairs for Hisense cell phones. please help I can't continue using a faulty new cell phone .
1 call direct is debiting money from my account and I don't know them and I don't know how they got my bank account details. please help
