Warranty not enforced
I returned an Aqua aquarium air pump a few months ago, it supposedly had a 3 year warranty and one of the outlets stopped functioning. I spoke to Chante/Chandre the manager and she said she would get the rep in to assess the product, she said she would call. A month later and nothing. I went into the store only to find that the unit was still there and the rep had not had sight of it. Again she said she would call and nothing. It has been 2 months since then and nothing

Pathetic service
Also known as Mix Telematics, I sent them a cancellation on the 1st of January, I acknowledge this a public holiday, I receive a response today stating that they only received it today (17 days later) and that cancellation will occur on the 18th of February. My reason for cancelling is that the unit on my vehicle has been non functional for who know how long, they did not contact me to inform me of such but still persisted with the monthly debit order. You can take the one month extra, will not deal with you guys ever again

Initially buying from Takealot was a brilliant experience. Recently this has changed, They sell poor quality products and when you attempt to give poor reviews they block it. A 5 star review gets published immediately. Dont trust the review on there. The bad ones dont make it through

Poor after sales
Purchased a few UPS units from them during the load shedding period. These units starting giving problems after 6 months. Returned the unit only for them to pass this into their supplier who said there was nothing wrong with it. They confirmed that they charged the UPS and it only ran for 5 minutes but that there was nothing wrong with the unit. I will not purchase from these guys again. There are many other online stores that offer better service

Premium paid for a pathetic place
My latest experience with safarinow was pathetic and I will not use them again. I paid a premium for a house/villa in a game reserve only to end up with 2 days of sewage in the house and no hot water. The place was falling apart. I did communicate this to them and nothing. They do not audit the places they put on their website and just pass the problem on.

BEWARE Rip off artists working out of a ba*****t
Purchased clothing off there in July, after a long wait received the items in August and they were different sizes. The one shirt was like a handkerchief in size and quality. I approached them for a return and their attitude was that you are stuck with it. EVEN THOUGH THE ITEMS WERE NOT THE SAME AS ON THE ADVERT. "For illustration purposes" she says. Then I checked out their address and its a house at 3 Daphne Road in Glenhills, KZN. Bunch of rip off artists working out of a ba*****t, BEWARE

Contract to prepaid is impossible
Its easy to get a contract but to move to prepaid thereafter it is impossible. I was on the line for an hour and got nowhere. Being passed onto another person to another, received a reference number from one person ( ********** 85) and then he put me onto retentions who just kept me on hold. I am just stopping my debit order, ****** thieves.
