My car has been with the service provider, Proline Express (Proline) since the 13th Oct then taken to the agent, VW about a week ago. It has been 2 weeks, now going onto the 3rd to fix faults that were were suppose to be fixed when the car was first taken in after it was stolen-recovered in June 2017. To date, no one from Proline Express have taken responsibility for the poor standard of work done to the car , which has subsequently led me to take the car back on 2 separate occasion. To do date, no one has given me an indication on when I'd get my car back. I'm extremely disappointed with the service from Proline, specifically for poor workmanship that has led to all this .
