Rinus from miway roadside assistance was brilliant, network was bad my side but received promt assistance from Rinus making sure that we have a provider apppointed promtly, phone me back due to bad network and ensuring that he will escalate with urgency as well as follow up with service provider. The service provider appointed was Jan, very effecient, friendly and made every effort to ensure that no damage occurs and that we as a family are ohkay. What was meant to be an unfortunate event, became a wonderful experience and honelty thank Jan and top towing and miway for the wonderful service and experience

To be honest, my warranty cover has been quite a bad experience to date. I have submitted a claim which was subsequently declined and with the ombudsman for review and awaiting outcome. This morning, I receive an email stipulating how I'm a wonderful customer with a complimentary increase. Worst part is the increase is 60% increase of my existing premium. What's concerning is the alarming increase of 60% almost of my premium, after contacting them the answer I get is there is nothing they can do? I mean 60% how ridiculous is that and there are no payouts even on the policy
My internet has been activated for more than a week but i continue to struggle to have internet access. Ontop of that im billed pro rata, sent numerous queries requesting urgent intervention and assistance to resolve and with trouble shooting and callbacks and NO resolution.
I went to the mall on a Sunday and came back to my vehicle fining there are two separate scratches in the middle of my two doors. Attempting to submit a claim on the app, I'm unable to do so and subsequently sent an email. Monday I phoned in and no details recorded. Palesa records incident and I waited for feedback. The feedback i got was that 1. The vehicle was scratched against a wall which i find as a serious concern as these findings are absolutely inaccurate and disturbing as damage would most definitely be more severe. These are scratches? no dents how can you claim the vehicle was scratched against a wall when there is no dents involved?. 2 I'm told that the scratch according to my policy only covers a single panel. The policy however states over 2 or more panels, well this is two separate scratches it is on the two panels which are the doors which occurred at the one incident. I have subsequently requested my scratch and dent cover to be cancelled.

After two days of struggling with no internet an consultants not being able to assist with network issues. I managed to phone in and speak to Tebello who assisted me with solutions and how to fix the issue. Network working perfectly fine after the explination and steps as to what I need to block and etc. Thank you Tebello
A deposit of R1 900.00 was made into my father's account, who is a pensioner. An error message was received indicating "We cannot proceed your request due to technical problems. Please try again later." The call centre was called as this was afterhours and was informed that the matter would be escalated. However, numerous calls and promises later by multiple call centre agents, no response has been received and continuous promises to phone back as the matter will be escalated.
