I bought my car from Archie's last week and the service I received was outstanding. Thank you to Moe, Zuffi and the rest of the team for your outstanding service, attention to detail and for making the experience so personal! If you need a car I 100% recommend!
My advice is don't ever rent from Redcon. They will overcharge you for everything, ignore you when you query it and then will cut off your electricity. Mike is the rudest person I have ever met and when I advised him I would go to the Rental Housing Tribunal regarding the electricity due to it being illegal that he has disconnected it he advised that I could do what he wants and that he would make sure his lawyers drag the issue out for as long as possible. I moved out of the apartment early as I did not feel safe. I gave 3 weeks notice via their online form (the only way you are allowed to give notice) and they deny that they received it. I was more than willing to pay the one months penalty for cancelling early however they now refuse to pay back my deposit. During my time at Dorchester mansions I was paying for a 10mb/s internet package but receiving less than 1mb/s. It was only after querying this for 2 months that I was informed by the ISP that the Building only has a 10mb line and that Redcon has been informed multiple times that they need to upgrade the building infrustructure.
Last week Wednesday I tried to purchase a gold card from the machine at the Hatfield Gautrain station. The money was deducted from my account but no gold card was issued. When I tried to query the issue I was told that it would be refunded within 24 hours. I have previously had a similar experience and asked for confirmation in writing to which the lady behind the counter said she would not give me written confirmation and she is busy so i should contact the head office. It is now a week later, I have received no refund and no response from the call center.
