Hi im a tenant for the last 10 years IN THE PROPERTY OF SCORE HOUSE WHICH IS THE LANDLORD BUILDING but the tenant rights are been abused by the landlord. Im been complaining and logged calls , send emails with pics to the property management about the state of my flat when it rains.For the last 2 months we had expereince havey rain in johannesburg. The problen and a solution with pics was given to the propery management but nothing has been done my flat still flood with rain water and when it pours the electricity trips as the walls get wet and the prepaid electricity meter go blank and my electricity cant com on. I requested to the property management becuase of their reluctance to fix the problem i opted a way out to move me to another falt.This idea was not entertained as according to the property management a move to a nother flat accompany R1000 fee, while i have a deposit of R3500 IN TRUST FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. This property management does not care about tenants rights,They running the building as ****s. therfore im persuing this matter trhough my attorneys to resolve the dispute. New teenants dont pay deposit and move in and out to other flats while the current tenants rigts are been abused . Regards Mr SAKILDIEN flat 713 Score house Redcon

There’s a guy who work for the Johannesburg branch whose name is mdu. Unamasimba loyamfana strong. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. When u moved un a long time ago he was dealing with WiFi but did a lousy job to an extent that I cancelled the R200 I was Paying for WiFi and I got a private one. And now they made him in charge of I parking at 94 on main. Asshole is doing a worse job than the one he was doing kwi wifi. *****s up parking all the time. I’ll be marching to their offices tomorrow to give him a piece of mind. Unamasimba lomsunu. He’s *********** that boy.

The services are absolutely terrible, The staff is rude and the building is deteriorating at a fast pace due to no maintenance work, I've lived there for 2 years and my flat has never been maintained not once despite complaining to their office and building manager, you set payment dates with the office and you come home and your lights are switched off which they call credit control After numerous attempts at trying to reach management nobody can help or put you through. My windows aren't sealed and in winter its extremely cold I have a 3 year old daughter that has to endure this because the staff claim they can't do anything.

App**** for a place on the 9th of february and today is the 18th I am still waiting for the final word from a person called Amukelani. He does respond and will ask you for the same documents twice and make empty promises. I wonder if the application process is this bad how is the service when you stay at these prooerties. I have never seen such a bad service in my life.

App**** for a place on the 9th of february and today is the 18th I am still waiting for the final word from a person called Amukelani. Signed a lease cancelled it the same day we were to move in nearly one month later they have not refunded me my money, lie upon lie it will be paid this day, that day still nothing. Unprofessional staff i called in after getting nowhere with the agent lady answers the phone after i called 10 times no answer just to greet her colleague whilst I'm on the line, then tells me not to be emotional like really you can't do your job and tell a customer not to get emotional when you're sitting with someone's money, can't answer the phone. I have never lived there yet I'm getting invoices to pay rent. We will talk in front of responsible bodies ..Bunch of ********s

Im almost 10 years in my flat that im leasing. When i entered the building i paid the deposit. My rent was due on the 01 Dec 2024 we pay in advance rent.I informed the credit controller that i will settle the payment only on the 20 DEC 2024 i had a emergency with my daughter that we had to pay upfront a admission fee to the hospital on the 1Dec 2024 for her admission as the medical aid did not authorise her admission. So i asked the credit controller and the caretaker can i make arrangement to pay rent will be paid on 20 Dec 2024 as i will get money on that day. So yesterday and today the property management credit controller instruct the caretaker to switch of my prepaid electricity to the flat leaving my meat to ruin also the build experience no water from yesterday as well. so i send the financial manager to find out why they cutting my electricity as it is prepaid and eligle to cut of my electricity as i was consulting with my attorney my matter. The water from the building has also stopped from yesterday not its new its a old problem in this building. We know some areas have low pressure but we in this building have no water. Regards

I stayed at Towers Off Main and the building is ok, there is wifi that sometimes work and a gym. The reason I gave it a 3* is because of the maintenance staff, they would go into my flat while I was at work and without my knowledge or consent. So many times I would come home and there is something strange like someone had been sitting on my bed or something that I know was not there when I left. It was unsettling and I felt unsafe as a woman staying alone and I was always jumpy every time I heard a sound especially at night, hence I moved out. When reporting to the caretaker Jimmy he would always protect them and it left me wondering if he was the one going into the flat in my absence. If you want to live there I would suggest you change the locks or use a key blocker.
