Hi im a tenant for the last 10 years IN THE PROPERTY OF SCORE HOUSE WHICH IS THE LANDLORD BUILDING but the tenant rights are been abused by the landlord. Im been complaining and logged calls , send emails with pics to the property management about the state of my flat when it rains.For the last 2 months we had expereince havey rain in johannesburg. The problen and a solution with pics was given to the propery management but nothing has been done my flat still flood with rain water and when it pours the electricity trips as the walls get wet and the prepaid electricity meter go blank and my electricity cant com on. I requested to the property management becuase of their reluctance to fix the problem i opted a way out to move me to another falt.This idea was not entertained as according to the property management a move to a nother flat accompany R1000 fee, while i have a deposit of R3500 IN TRUST FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. This property management does not care about tenants rights,They running the building as ****s. therfore im persuing this matter trhough my attorneys to resolve the dispute. New teenants dont pay deposit and move in and out to other flats while the current tenants rigts are been abused . Regards Mr SAKILDIEN flat 713 Score house Redcon
i have a current loan and i have credit so i can top up my loan but i noticed that unifi get like old info from credit beuares like old info so im not happy with unifi services
Im almost 10 years in my flat that im leasing. When i entered the building i paid the deposit. My rent was due on the 01 Dec 2024 we pay in advance rent.I informed the credit controller that i will settle the payment only on the 20 DEC 2024 i had a emergency with my daughter that we had to pay upfront a admission fee to the hospital on the 1Dec 2024 for her admission as the medical aid did not authorise her admission. So i asked the credit controller and the caretaker can i make arrangement to pay rent will be paid on 20 Dec 2024 as i will get money on that day. So yesterday and today the property management credit controller instruct the caretaker to switch of my prepaid electricity to the flat leaving my meat to ruin also the build experience no water from yesterday as well. so i send the financial manager to find out why they cutting my electricity as it is prepaid and eligle to cut of my electricity as i was consulting with my attorney my matter. The water from the building has also stopped from yesterday not its new its a old problem in this building. We know some areas have low pressure but we in this building have no water. Regards
Today i went to African bank to apply for a credit card. To my suprise I completed the aplication and to my suprise the aplication was unsuccesful due to non payment. I had a credit card 15 years ago from African bank , My family and i was involved in a house roberry and all our valuables and my vehicles was taken from the ******s.They shot at me but the gun jammed and i manned to attacked the ******s .They sped off with my car with all the valubles that was taken from the house.The neighbour came to myh rterscue and called 10111 for assistance also the discovery trauma unit came out to give me some help.I made a case at Booysens Police station and logged every item that was ****** of in the case docket.I called the next stop cards to stop all my cards went the next day to African bank to get a new card due to i stopped it. Then the following week african bank informed me the card was used in diepkloof and so much credit was taken on the card.So african bank assured me they will looking into the matter and sort out my problem as ui gave all case deatils with case nr to the relevent branch manager at the time.. So i left it and never want a card again from African Bank. Today to my suprise after 15 years african bank send me a notice that they are sorry ,but your application has been unsuccsesful due to non payment settlement auth.FSB REG NCRCP7638
i bought a Itel A48 from this store .When i wanted a refund i was informed the refund is not possible as i was pass the 7 days. The device was advertised as a dual sim phone using vodacom as the primary sim.i wanted to use my current sim which is telkom in the dual sim but was informed from the vodacom call center that i must used the device for 12 months then only the dual sim can be unlocked.so i had to buy another device that i can used with my telkom sim

truworths blaclisted me for R279 by a company call VVM DEBT.i WAS SO SURE I FULLY PAID THEM 2018 AS I ONLY WANTED TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT SO THAT I HAVE A CREDIT REF FOR RENTING A FLAT NOW AFTER A 1 YEAR I APPLIED FOR A RENTED ACCOMODATION MY APPLICATION WAS DENIED.SO IWENT TO THE SHOP IN TGHE GLENN I WAS INFORMDED THAT I STILL OWE THEM.SO MY PIONT IS WHY WAS I NOT COMUNUCATED AND MY NEXT QUESTION WILL MY PROFILE BE UPDATED WHN I SORT THIS OUT
