So today, I thought I'd buy myself a smar****ch from Harris & D'Arcy in blue route mall, instant regret. The staff telling me about the know knows absolutely NOTHING, instead this idiot woman sucks specifications outta her thumb feeding me BS! I then did my own research on the product wasn't happy with the watch so returned moments later to exchange it for something else of the same value... OMG from bad to worse!!! I was given a defect watch that turns off whenever it wants to. I then returned to the store to exchange yet another watch only to be told that the tiny battery needs to charge for at least 16 hours only to be told by a supervisor that it has to be charged for 2hours, again, one store, two employees, different information, they don't know what the hell it is they're selling OMG how damn idiotic... I'm then given another watch, then just before I left for home, on closer inspection, I realise that this watch is scratched & the simcard tray is damaged so I can't even use the damn thing. I am utterly & entirely disgusted by the pathetic, horrid service, stupid incompetent staff & broken watches, pathetic, that was my worst retail experience ever!!!
