Opportunity to redeem themselves
Shower Haus did install a shower door. Our second choice being a fixed panel and one slider. Finishes in chrome. I am pleased with the installation. In so far as dishonesty is concerned, I still stand by my earlier review that no one follows through. One has to chase the Company. Yes they could not deliver on what was originally agreed upon. And they did not keep to their word about installation dates having previously given an installation date a week earlier and then cancelled an hour before installation. Reason - kit not received. But a week earlier they were ready to install. This to me is dishonest. I would advise that one reduce all agreements and changes to writing when dealing with them . On the occasions that the salesman was asked to confirm changes in writing..this never materialised. All in all I am still pleased with the door.

Pathetic and dishonest
I chose a particular shower door, a double slider in chrome finishes. Paid more than 50% deposit. Was advised that it would take a little over 2 weeks to install. After after 3 weeks no word. Apparently an email was sent- which was never received. When they were contacted I was informed of an installation date and time. I am an Advocate and had to make specific arrangements to be there. An hour before installation I get a call to say that the "kit" had not arrived. I go into the shop a few days later and chose a completely different design. I was informed of supplier issues and how Shower Haus are now supplying their own products. A fixed panel and 1 sliding door with chrome finishes was agreed upon. I was assured that due to all the hassles i could expect installation within 10 days- they were going to prioritise this job. A further 3 weeks went by. Again only when I contacted the store did I then receive an email informing me of a scheduled installation on 7 November 2017. Payment was made on 22 September 2017. After contacting the owner via email , Sue , an installation for Saturday 4/11/2017 was arranged. Installation guy advises that agreed fixed panel on right hand side and slider could only be installed with the mechanisms facing inside towards the shower. What we saw , chose and paid for could not be done . YET AGAIN ! It is rather suspicious that when Sue and Dave the salesman are contacted on their mobiles,they do not answer. The office also does not pick up ( ID CALL ???). As soon as the staff member calls they get a response. This company has given us the runaround. Wasted weeks of our valuable time. Sat with our desposit for more than 6 weeks and still not delivered on anything they offered. No one can be trusted. I would never recommend them to anyone. Even the owner has displayed a clear lack of service and compete disregard. So lets hold our breath with the deposit ...
