This has been the absolute worst service that I have EVER received in my entire life. I got my number de-registered for apparently "not using it", bear it in mind, this is my number i got from MTN, you disabled my number without informing me first, I owe you nothing my account was confirmed. nothing can be closer to the truth for Me&you mobile. I have never even remotely come close to experiencing any organization this incompetent in my entire life. I would actually go as far as to say that If breathing wasn’t a natural by product of our bodies simply being alive and functioning, then the simple act of drawing breath for sustainability would be a step way to advanced for this bunch. ive been on prepaid for years now, i honestly dont understand why you keep on deactivating my Sim, Whenever i ask why its deactivated, nobody seem to know, or rather give me a straight answer as to why its deactivated
This is definitely a fraudulent company. On Tuesday the 31st of October, this company unlawfully put a debit order through on my account. At no stage did i sign nor agreed to any extra debit orders going through on my account. I need to know who gave you the right to debit my account? i called them and the phone just ring unanswered, i eventually got through this afternoon (02-11-2017) and i spoke to a lady that then quickly put me through to her "manager", the manager, was so quick to put the blame on the call center, telling me the call center is apparently outsourced and they will investigate blah blah blah blah - question is, what is i ddnt check my statement or i ddnt have sms notification? that makes one wonder how long has this been going on for???
