Is this a scam?
I have been waiting for my order for 6 weeks. Nobody answers the phone or e-mails. Has this company closed down? My order number is 20096.

Did not know this type of good service stil existed
I ordered a canvas cover for my patio table recently. The cover arrived in time, I had however given the wrong measurements for the cover. The supplier agreed to change the cover at no extra cost and sent it back in just a few days. The cover is beautiful and I think the service was exceptional.
