Great quality outdoor cover
I ordered a custom cover for an outdoor couch from Patio Solutions. It fits perfectly, is very well made and the quality of the fabric is excellent. After i had placed the order, i saw some very poor reviews for the business and was very worried about my order. I emailed them and Liz immediately called me back. I think one needs to realise one is dealing with a small business and that despite their best efforts, they may take longer to fulfill their orders. I would suggest that they communicate this to all customers upfront. Their pricing is very reasonable and product excellent.

Covers With Distinction / Patio Solution Covers
DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM. I am VERY disappointed with their service. I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of Liz and get feedback on my order. When she does respond via WhatsApp, it is simply that she will get back to me, but never does. It has now been 3 weeks since i made payment, without any feedback. I should have done more research before giving them my money, that is on me. I am just very surprised that there are still companies doing business like this The Website says Patio Solution Covers, but they also go by the name of Covers by Distinction

SADDENED 🥹
STAY AWAY. DISHONEST PEOPLE 💔💔💔💔 I paid 50% deposit on December 3rd 2024, I am now being ignored. The office line hangs up, cell numbers not answered. One WhatsApp message said it’s a days work on the machine, that was December 13th, I feel so foolish that i didn’t check Helopeter before paying R6900 of my hard earned money to these people. It’s so sad how people lack the fear of God. I am saddened.

Non-delivery and Atrocious Service
I ordered and paid for a patio cover on the 23rd of September 2023 from Covers with Distinction t/a Patio Solutions under order 290455//5132. Its almost 3 months with the item not yet delivered or the company making any efforts to make contact. I have made several attempts to reach out to them and they are now not taking my calls or responding to emails. The client service is atrocious, the turnaround time unacceptable and the non-communication appalling. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Patio solutions DO NOT USE THEM EVER
Terrible. I ordered furniture covers in December paid in full as their website really looks legitimate. It’s not!!! I have been to the premise it doesn’t exist. Liz ignores you. Justin responds on email saying he will confirm and doesn’t. This is a ****. Do not use them.

Patio Solution Covers - DO NOT USE THEM DIRECTLY
Do NOT order directly from Liz at Patio Solution Covers. A braai cover, table cover and storage box cover was ordered and paid in full on 21 November 1023 - almost R8,000. I was told two weeks delivery. Next week is week 5 and I have whatsapped, called, messaged and either ignored or messaged that she (Liz) can’t hear her phone as it’s noisy in the factory. Do NOT make the same mistake using Liz from Patio Solution Covers.

Did not know this type of good service stil existed
I ordered a canvas cover for my patio table recently. The cover arrived in time, I had however given the wrong measurements for the cover. The supplier agreed to change the cover at no extra cost and sent it back in just a few days. The cover is beautiful and I think the service was exceptional.
