Do NOT order directly from Liz at Patio Solution Covers. A braai cover, table cover and storage box cover was ordered and paid in full on 21 November 1023 - almost R8,000. I was told two weeks delivery. Next week is week 5 and I have whatsapped, called, messaged and either ignored or messaged that she (Liz) can’t hear her phone as it’s noisy in the factory. Do NOT make the same mistake using Liz from Patio Solution Covers.
Since December 2018, I have been in touch with Japie and the admin staff there regarding a double payment where my husband and I paid for the same electrical services rendered. Since December 2018, and after numerous calls, emails, discussions with the owner and admin person, the amount of R2364,65 has STILL not been refunded to me. This, after Japie the owner noted the double payment, as well as committing to refunding me. It’s been weeks now and nothing. I Whattsapped him on Saturday and has not read my message despite him being on WA regularly. Both contact numbers aren’t working and my call to his personal cell number today of course went unanswered. I’ve had to forward all of my messages to one of his employees and sent ANOTHER email today. I am done.
