Non-delivery and Atrocious Service
I ordered and paid for a patio cover on the 23rd of September 2023 from Covers with Distinction t/a Patio Solutions under order 290455//5132. Its almost 3 months with the item not yet delivered or the company making any efforts to make contact. I have made several attempts to reach out to them and they are now not taking my calls or responding to emails. The client service is atrocious, the turnaround time unacceptable and the non-communication appalling. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Advertising items not in stock: Refund a nightmare to process!
The store advertises items that are not in stock and getting them to process a refund has been a nightmare. Their service is atrocious, I have called on several occasions and used their Chat option but the outcome has been unsatisfactory. Don't buy anything from them online!

*****ulent Account Opening Unresolved after 30 days
I reported a *****ulent Vodacom account opening on the 31st of July 2023, sent the required documents and responded to a subsequent request for further documentation. Unfortunately, the another sizeable debit order has gone through on the 1st of September following the initial one on the 28th of July and these are adversely affecting my banking profile and my cashflow. I am disappointed that the *****ulent Vodacom account has not been frozen or at least marked as *****ulent to prevent further products from being accessed. It has taken more than 30 days for a resolution, meanwhile I am out of pocket.
