Disgraceful from VOX. I cancelled my subscription with VOX in September 2024. AS per one of their options they will collect the fiber router from you. I scheduled for that to take place on the 5th November 2024. They confirmed in writing with a WAYBILL Number that it would be collected on the 5th November. They then debited R1999 from my account in March saying i had to return the router. This is *****ulent firstly, secondly this is 4 months later that they tell me it was not collected. I had moved. If i was informed on the 6th November i could have made a plan to post it. I have contacted the legal team at VOX 4 times, i have sent numerous emails since March and they are now threatening me with my credit record. No one wants to assist but just say i owe R2000 because they want the router and i have to return it. I do not live in that area, do not have access to that house and should have been informed on the 6th November. They are now *****ing my money and threatening me due to their laziness and incompetence. No one is willing to assist. I will never use VOX and will take this to social media

Goof morning. I am completely disgusted with the way VOX handles their clients. I cancelled with VOX in September 2024 as i was moving away from the area. The fibre router was asked to be collected by VOX of which they responded on email that it would be collected from the residence on the 5th Novmber 2024. They confirmed with a waybill number that it would be collected! They did not collect it. Last month emailed me stating i have to post the fibre router - 5 months later. I responded immedaitely stating i am not in the area and that i cannot collect the router. It was confirmed to be collected. Why was i not informed on the 6th November about the collection??? They now debited my account of R1999 for a router i explained i do not have and is still waiting for them at the previous residence. The only way they are willing to assist is for me to collect it. I am no where near that area and cannot collect from the residence. I will never use VOX again and find there assistance appalling. I recommend using another provider
Terrible. I ordered furniture covers in December paid in full as their website really looks legitimate. It’s not!!! I have been to the premise it doesn’t exist. Liz ignores you. Justin responds on email saying he will confirm and doesn’t. This is a ****. Do not use them.
A terrible service from the Appliance doctor. I contacted them to fix my washing machine on the 20th December after it was displaying an F08 error. I explained to the technician that arrived on the 22nd that it was a heat element error. He changed the pump, quoted me for the pump. Then left to fetch a heat element. He then returned to “replace” the heat element. Once finished he had now added the heat element to the invoice without quoting. I said ok to pay and promptly paid IN FULL R3300. I asked him if the machine was in working order and working 100% fine he confirmed this. My stupidity. After he left I did a load of washing the error reappeared. I contacted him immediately. He said to restart it. I did and he said he would send a technician. Here I am on the 28th and the washing machine is still not working. I have sent him photos of the error twice a day to a repair se this morning of I need to wait until next week. I have paid this company in full and they are unwilling to assist. They claim to repair your machines, which is a lie and take your money. Do not use this company they are not honest.
Hi there everyone. Unfortunately for such awesome products the service delivery and professionalism of this company is just appalling. I have ordered many products from this company and have to constantly ask for my products and whether they are ready or not, as well as if I can pay. I have now asked for another few times for birthday gifts and have been completely ignored on what’s app and email. I would have passed on the word about her products but to be completely ignored I can’t. Rather look elsewhere everyone. Rock n glitter you could’ve had a lot more business pity you are that rude.
Disgusted at Takealot.com. On the 26th November i ordered and paid for my order of R 2500.00. Estimated date of delivery was 17th December. Sunday 13th December we had now power in our estate so i went out for the afternoon. No phone calls were logged to me from the estate for access to any takealot driver. I went into the app on the 14th to track my items, only to be informed that they had been delivered and signed by me on Sunday the 13th. Absolutely not! I then finally found a number for takealot and explained the situation. They eventually got the driver to come to my house on the thursday 17th Dec. He arrived and said he delivered to number 9 but they don't have it. He said he was stressed? How stressed am i now that my daughter is not getting her Xmas gifts she wanted as well as for her grandmother. These all being ordered weeks prior and ALL in stock. I then spoke with Luke at takealot who arranged a replacement order of 3 of the 5 items i had ordered and paid for, that were in stock. Now 2 of those item are out of stock? How is that my problem? I then received another email from Luke stating that my items will only be dispatched on the 12th January??? Isn't that after Christmas? What is the point of ordering items from takealot 4 weeks prior if they wont deliver it you, or even on time? I am disgusted at the level of service. I am not the only one this has happened to this month, i have 2 other people known to me that are going through the same thing. Clearly the bigger takealot gets the less they care. Very festive!
I ordered essential winter clothing for my child in the 3rd May online with Edgars. I have emailed daily called daily. I finally got through on Thursday last week to be told my order would be delivered on Monday 8 June. Here I am trying to get through to them again. Nothing. No one answers. No responds to any emails. I cannot even collect my order. They don’t care. I am disgusted at Edgars lack of care and absolute dismissal of my order. I want answers and a refund. I will never shop with Edgars again. Disgusted.
I am writing to warn anyone against using the very unprofessional Mrgatemrgarage. I contacted them weeks ago to come and assess my garage door as it was not opening correctly. On arrival they said it was the springs that were the problem and nothing else. I allowed them to change the springs. The very next day the same thing was happening and the garage did not open. I again contacted them and they came out and said everything was working perfectly and 100%, was his exact words. I asked them to service it and ensure all was ok. The next day or 2 again the garage would not open . I then asked them to return yet again. From the very 1st day i mentioned that i thought it was the chain leading to the motor that was the issue. No, they said it was not the chain or motor but now the batteries. They replaced the batteries and then said it was the motor. I spoke with the owner of the business, who was extremely rude and stated that it is a process that you need to keep checking each and every thing. Over a 2 week period? I think not. He then quoted me for a new motor at R 3000 odd. After receiving a very snotty and rude email from him, stating that i don't know what i am taking about and that he will return and remove the new springs and batteries and someone else can deal with my problem. The professionalism, i must say. So i got in a second opinion, who opened up the motor and showed me, low and behold the chain is damaged. The plastic guide that the chain sits on had broken off and the chain was jumping a tooth each time it jumped and was extended. Although not in the garage industry, i think i should be, i was correct about the chain. They never even opened the motor up to see if there were any issues. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing, and the owner does not know how to treat a client at all. Please do not use this company you will regret it and waste a lot of your own time.
Hello, I ordered a pair of shoes on Spree 17.04.2018 and have yet to receive them. I initially ordered a pair of navy blue pumps. I received a pink pair of pumps and immediately phoned spree and spoke with Nomsa, the very same day they were delivered. She then apologised said she had changed the pair and that were going to be delivered shortly after the warehouse had checked them. I hadn't even taken the shoes out of the packaging, what's the use, they were pink. I then received another pair of pumps over a week later, after me following up on their whereabouts, and guess what, yip pink again. I literally spoke with the lady and it is still wrong. Spree then came to collect the incorrect items again. I have been asking since April telephonically and via email, almost daily for my order ********** 15 of navy pump shoes that I paid for. No one, not ********** nor ********** nor any other email address I could find have responded to me whatsoever. I used to shop regularly on spree when they were honest and efficient. I find them to be very unprofessional and will not shop with them again. I urge people out there to be very careful as they clearly are not interested in giving you orders you have paid for.
